Unable to return item despite acting within 14-day policy
I ordered a tap from this company on 8 March and received it on 18 March. The product was not suitable for my needs (incorrect size), so I acted within the stated 14-day returns policy.
I completed the online returns form on 19 March and followed up with emails to customer service requesting return instructions. I have received no response.
The website clearly states “easy returns within 14 days”, however no return address or instructions have been provided, making it impossible to return the item.
As a result, I am left with a product I cannot use and no way to obtain a refund, despite following the correct process within the required timeframe.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious and would recommend avoiding this company.
