Left my apartment’s key with them as I was looking at renting it out and also putting on the market for sale.
They lost the keys and refuse to take responsibility stating that as they had not recorded receipt of the keys properly, they could not help further and refused to take responsibility.
Deplorable, I will never use them again.

I am very happy with the real time service and support for my rental. In particular my assigned contact Shannon. She has been particularly helpful with all my queries.
My only concern is the tenant walk in and walk out inspection [property inventory) has not always highlighted missing furniture items. This has been mentioned to management.

Avoid this agency. Avoid 16 Arethusa House, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth.
The agency has a professional front at sales phase, but manipulative and horrible after sale management. The good face until money is received, then another face emerges!
I just moved in to 16 Arethusa House, GunWharf, Portsmouth recently (4 January 2024) to find out that what's been agreed upon before signing a contract hasn't been done. By contacting the property manager (Leigh Dawes), she hardly attends to emails and deal with the reported matters. The manager Simon Gardner was then involved and wasn't better in dealing with the matter.
Not only that they don't properly attend to their commitments and deal with tenants matters, but also sell lies, although what's been happening was against law!
Based on the property manager (Leigh), the landlord of 16 Arethusa House didn't commit to the promises and necessary repair requirements! Repairs as necessary as a fridge that doesn't cool and whether the food spoils. So this property isn't suitable for tenancy, as you will be cheated and lied for.
I'm taking things into a legal act.
