I had a very bad experience with this letting agency in Great Sankey, Warrington. As a tenant, I would never recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Warrington area. I strongly suggest considering other letting agencies instead.

Be cautious about any additional products or services they try to sell you, and make sure you understand your tenancy agreement and deposit arrangements before signing anything.

Most importantly, take detailed photos and videos of the property's condition when you move in. Without clear evidence, you could end up being held responsible for damage or issues that were already there and have to pay for repairs at the end of your tenancy.

This was my personal experience, and I would not use this letting agency again.

Managed finding a 1st tenant, there leaving and a new tenant moving in seamlessly, quick to respond and helpful. Latest dealings with Lorena have made the process easy and stress fee - well worth the small increase in fess for full management

What an utter waste of time and effort
This company has no concept of dealing with customers or understanding there needs
I would strongly recommend you try somewhere else as the staff are not capable of carrying out there routine duties

Being a first time renter after a relationship breakdown I found myself homeless and trying to hold down a demanding job at the same time. I found myself completely unsure whether I would ever be able to get through the mess I was in and rent my own property.
Lorena has been an absolute diamond in helping me through the process and providing me with reassurance along the way. I have a young son who will now have his own room and space for things when he comes to stay which I know will make him very happy as it will myself having my own place and somewhere to wind down and relax properly after a 12 hour shift. Easily one of the best experiences ive had. The Staff at Leaders are the most polite and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Ben has been ver supportive and friendly from the beginning. He helped massively on our first house purchase. He even chased up solicitors and responded quickly to our messages, guiding us through the process. We would not have been able to do it without him.

First time using Leaders to rent out one of our properties and the service and how professional they all are was an absolute dream. We can’t recommend them enough, the whole process from start to finish was amazing!!

Natalie at Leaders was excellent throughout when I recently purchased two properties to let in Warrington. In-depth local market knowledge, really experienced in her field, and always prompt in replying to queries. Came up with helpful solutions and key contractors to resolve works quickly post-sale to enable properties to be let asap. Both houses were let agreed within 1 week of being placed on the market. Definitely recommend Natalie for expertise and professionalism throughout the process.

Ben from Leaders is just so helpful, supporting, cheerful and nothing was ever to much. Helped with absolutely anything even paperwork for the solicitors. Any questions Ben was always at the other end of the phone. Rob and Mike also were there to answer any queries, such a good team of staff. My property purchase went on for some time (this was down to the mortgage side of things and not to mention the solicitors) even though it was quite a while Ben was still supporting me and nothing was ever to much for him.
Thank you for all your help and support, it was very much needed.

I had a great experience with the company while searching for my current house, right from getting the right apartment to the documentation and tenancy agreement process, to the key collection. Lorena was my contact person and she was just too available to assist, her mails were always positive ways to make the process seamless for me, and then Chris is another great team member that I can’t forget. In general, Leaders has got good team and their relationship to clients is topnotch

The agent who came to my house to value it was Mike Foreman. He was very professional and informed me how my property would be marketed which influenced me to select Leaders to sell my property. He was by far the best estate agent that came to see me.

We rented out our UK home while living abroad. The original company was extremely responsible and reliable. Unfortunately due to acquisition they were taken over by Leaders - that’s when the trouble began.
The service we have received has been nothing short of terrible. Additionally the tenants have equally had a bad experience.
We have been ripped off by cowboy contractors arranged by Leaders, including repair work on a shower that culminated in a major leak and damage to the property.
The communication and response has been diabolical.
They are taking a considerable sum of money to “manage” our property and have failed on all counts.
Do NOT use Leaders if you are considering renting out your property!

I would like to just say a massive Thank you, Ben,Rob & Mike from the Warrington Branch for all your help selling my Dads house.

It has been a difficult time for me but they made it so much easier for me by doing all viewings & helping me with the mind field of paperwork.

They have all be very patient with me and treated my late Dad property with dignity & respect
