Very expensive for zero service

Very expensive for zero service. Electrician that came for emergency did refer for reparation of electricity towards Sibelga although Sibelga insists it is for the electrician to do the reparation. Refuse to contact Sibelga. Only after I insisted for three weeks, with them not calling me back when they said they would, they tell me that I have the right to receive report that I can send to Sibelga.

Very greedy and inefficient

Very greedy: came in twice, would not solve the issue but keep on asking to change spare parts without actually understand the issue and charging increasingly high costs...They send you very young people, with limited experience and little knowledge, so all they do is second guessing and asking to replace spare parts. Have asked other plumbers to help and would not recommend Leaderservices at all. NB Google positive rating for Leadereservices is a SCAM: tried to post my negative review and was not published.

WARNING

WARNING! Fraudulent. Couldn't close window. Guy came, said mechanism and hinge must be replaced. I paid 197 for transport, "diagnostique et securisation". When asked he said an offer would be made "très vite". After 2 reminders, no offer received after 5 days
Meanwhile Artipose fixed the window in 5 minutes: no mechanism or hinge problem. Just question of proper handling. Window 100 %, total cost 60 euros.

Work done but need to respect surrounding area

The quality and durability of the work will show in due time for now the remote control system they installed to the pre existing window shutter works well. However they took no consideration that the work was happening inside and did not come prepared to cover my furniture or my wooden floor. They did not inform me either so the outcome was extreme amount of dust everywhere and scratches on my wooden floor. I informed the company with photos but I received no response.

Extremely disappointing service appointments never respected

I had a terrible experience with Leaderservice.be. My first appointment was scheduled a month in advance, but the technician never showed up. When I called, they said there was a problem with their planning and promised to send someone within 3 days. I waited again but still, no one came.

I called back and once more, they apologized and said there was another “planning issue,” promising a visit the following Monday. Yet again, no technician arrived. Every time, the same excuse: problem with their planning.

It’s really frustrating to wait for weeks with no respect for appointments and no reliable communication. I would not recommend Leaderservice.be to anyone looking for a professional or trustworthy service.

Responsive but VERY expensive

The motor of my garage door opener failed and I contacted leaderservices to diagnose and repair it.

They were pleasantly responsive and sent a team out within a week. I was informed call-out and diagnostic would cost "from €125 excl. VAT (exact cost confirmed on-site depending on the work required)"

The team came out, diagnosed the problem (motor needed to be replaced and springs needed cleaning/possible replacement). They secured the door and promised me a comprehensive report for insurance.

They charged me 328.60 for this! 60 for the diagnostic and 250 to secure the door.

When I finally got the diagnostic report, it was 2 pages, with no more details than the above.

They then sent me a quote for the full repair, for 1,749. This does not compare to 2 other quotes I received for 1,100.
