I was excited to check out Leadklozer and see how powerful it is to help you see who are the most engaged people in your Facebook communities. Why is engagement important? Engagement can show you who is most primed to a sale. Lots of tools help you with "social media engagement". Leadklozer helps you curate the MOST engaged to better serve them.

LeadKlozer allows me find just the right leads or engagements across any of my accounts fast in ways that I’ve never seen from another tool before. For example, their Live Tracker Column feature shows all my client's engagements in real time for all of their pages so I can see them all at once or I can divide them out by client. I can now easily monitor all new activity by client, page, post, ads or any type of engagement.
They also let you see all the comments on your posts and ads that have not been replied to, searches for lists of leads that engaged with pages, posts or ads in virtually any way that I can think of segmenting them.
I wish I had LeadKlozer a lot sooner!

Before using LeadKlozer, it could easily take me 20 minutes to check messages and comments needing a response across 5 FB pages for my clients...IF I'M QUICK. Now I set "Live Tracker Columns" inside my account to automatically check where customers and leads engage with those pages the most, I also scan for reactions from top tier leads and it takes me about a minute to check all that with LeadKlozer on the same 5 FB pages. This is saving me so much time every day!

We all know that the more a person engages with your FB page and social media, the more important they are, but it was really hard to keep up/find all the interactions a single person might be having with us/the businesses I work with. LeadKlozer is the best new tool for social media marketers I’ve seen in a long time because they actually show really useful and actionable information that other tools just don’t have. Like how to reply to important leads when they have reacted to my Facebook posts and ads.

They track engagements, create a ranking score, and make sure I can see everything I need in real-time, searches and dashboards.

LeadKlozer’s Post/Ad Tracker dashboard is a great example. It’s so helpful as it shows me all my posts and ads for all my Facebook pages in one place. And on top of that, it shows how may comments across all of that I have that need to be replied to. Such Genius. It’s great that I can keep on engaging with my leads without going from one page to another, because I can access all my Facebook pages within LeadKlozer. I also can’t tell you how important it is to see so much more contextual information for each contact as I’m working all throughout LeadKlozer. Inside Facebook, all you know is their name. Now I can see their status I’ve assigned them, their Smart Score, and all the ways I can communicate with them directly. This context makes a huge difference for how much time I spend responding to these people.

I always use to be so frustrated because I knew I was missing all kinds of comments on my posts and ads all over the place. Facebook really doesn’t make this easy to manage at all. LeadKlozer shows me all my comments that I need to reply to in one place, no matter where they are. What a lifesaver!
Leadklozer also saves me hours every day when it comes to tracking engagements and organizing them because I can see how every lead and every customer interacted with my page on individually, over time (they give me a full history of interactions for each lead). They have this new feature that enables me to upload my list of customers where I simply put a product tag on them in one step, and they are simply updated in the app from leads to customers.
With my T-shirt business, I can now see how most every important business processes, like following up with customers, can be done better inside LeadKlozer. So no I’m layering in more and more of these processes every day, like setting follow0-up reminders through my mobile phone.
Leaders have a Live Tracker tool that enables me to see real-time comments, messages, and reactions. So now I’m able to follow up on leads right as they are happening and never miss a lead… so cool. Other tools do some of this, but not the way LeadKlozer does at all. As a result, I have faster sales conversions than ever before. This is going to make such a profound impact on my business as I am able to track what I couldn't even think of keeping track of before.

The best way that I can describe LeadKlozer is a life saver! I couldn't keep up with all the comments, replies, likes, messages and chatbots. I was missing leads constantly. Also they're customer service has been outstanding. They have been very helpful and kindly during the difficulties I've had to face amid the global pandemic.
