Very Disappointing Experience

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Leadoxys. I signed up expecting leads and communication, but I never received the leads that were promised. On top of that, customer support has been completely unresponsive. Emails, phone calls, and messages go unanswered, even after multiple attempts to follow up.

When I requested a refund due to the lack of service, I was ignored entirely. No explanation, no update, no resolution. At this point, the biggest issue isn’t just the lack of results—it’s the total absence of communication and accountability.

If you value transparency, follow-through, and basic customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This has been a complete waste of time and money, and I regret signing up.
