  1. Life Coach

Written by the company

Lead with ADHD works with highly driven women in leadership whose usual strategies have stopped working. You've built a career on being capable and reliable. If the wheels are starting to come off, especially in midlife, you are not broken. The strategies you have always relied on are. For many women, this is the moment ADHD finally makes itself known, often after years of being dismissed or mislabelled as anxiety, depression or hormonal change. After more than 20 years in corporate leadership roles, my own diagnosis at 47 and critically the ADHD coaching I did, was a turning point. It gave me the clarity I had been missing and changed how I understood myself, my work and my life. Now I help other women do the same. Coaching is built around you: your strengths, your goals and how your brain actually works. Together we develop your personal ADHD user guide so you can reduce overwhelm, make clearer decisions and lead with confidence, without burning out to get there. I understand how menopause and other life transitions can intensify ADHD challenges, and how to navigate them effectively. I also work with organisations to deliver training and workshops that help leaders understand ADHD in the workplace and support sustainable performance and retention. It isn't about diagnosing yourself. It's about finally understanding yourself and building the strategies and tools that work for your brain.

Thank you for trusting me with the process and for being so open to doing the work Andrea. Turning something heavy into manageable steps is exactly what I aim for, so it's brilliant to hear it left you feeling inspired rather than overwhelmed. Wishing you continued momentum as you keep building on that plan.

It has been great working with Sorcha

It has been great working with Sorcha! Each session has a nice pacing to it. While we have overarching mentoring themes, each session is tailored to what is most relevant to me in that moment. There’s time to discuss recent experiences and then practical steps that can be used.

Sorcha mixes a great combination of being friendly and kind with clear direction and leadership.

She’s helped me understand how the ADHD brain is different, the types of activities it needs to remain focused, and how tasks can be approached taking this into account. We’ve looked at how to reduce background mental noise with a combination of mindfulness techniques and decluttering in daily work and personal life, with a focus on my big wins. Every session I’ve come away with useful strategies and felt motivated to tackle the next focus area in my life!

So glad the sessions have felt tailored to whatever's actually going on for you rather than following a fixed script, that balance of structure and flexibility is something I work hard to get right. Motivation and trying harder were never the issue, understanding how and why your brain works is what's helped those strategies actually stick. Wishing you continued momentum as you keep tackling the next focus area.

Sorcha has been a great coach and support

Sorcha has been a great coach and support to me through the OTM process. Every call she’s had a way of building up my belief in myself as well as steering me forward to take action on the next step of my business journey. She’s done all this with her calm, friendly, professional, leadership personality.

Thank you for trusting me with the process through the OTM journey. Belief and action tend to build each other, the more you trust yourself the easier the next step becomes, and it's been brilliant watching that happen call by call. Wishing you continued momentum as you keep moving forward Amanda!

Knowledgeable and compassionate

I can’t recommend Sorcha highly enough. She has been incredibly understanding and supportive, and has helped me understand my brain and the way I think in a way that has been pivotal for me.

She has equipped me with valuable tools and knowledge to help reframe negative thoughts and self-doubt when they arise, and has helped me become much more confident in myself. She has also helped me recognise and value the small wins in my day, which has made such a difference to how I view my progress and myself.

Her guidance has also helped me become more aware of my limits and the importance of avoiding burnout. I’m so grateful for the support and understanding she has given me, and I would highly recommend Sorcha to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive ADHD coach.

Thank you for trusting me with the process Eleanor and for being so open to doing the work. That shift, learning to actually notice and count the small wins rather than only registering what's still not done, is one of the biggest changes I see in the women I work with and it never stops being brilliant to watch happen. Recognising your own limits before burnout catches up with you is no small thing either. Wishing you all the best as you keep building on this.
