Leafyard is the only MH app that I’ve stuck with. Intuitive, smart, and fits perfectly into my lifestyle. Wish I’d discovered it sooner.

At last a MH Web based app that works!

I have had the experience of reviewing over 280 apps for Mental Wellbeing. Almost all packed clinical governance, backed by robust guidance and early warning metrics. Most were not trauma sensitive.

Leafyard is fantastic in that it answers all the questions around all of the above. It is intuitive, it guides you through AI and nudge tech and really does lead the way.

Give Leafyard ago, you won't be disappointed.

I came across this amazing wellbeing app a few months ago as I was looking to find something to help with CBT as I was diagnosed with intrusive tinnitus due to an onset of stress issues. I always thought 'I'm strong, I don't need help'!! Well what a surprise, after joining Leafyard, how wrong was I!!

The app has helped me tremendously. I know take time to slow down, access my workload to creating a work-life balance. And it's helped with the tinnitus to it becoming softer which it can get really loud with stress. The videos and breathing exercises are excellent and the chap who explains them is so essy to understand and calming. I never feel pressured to do more than I have to with Leafyard.

I also enjoy doing the journal as it keeps me focused on my progress.
If you want a good wellbeing app, give Leafyard ago, you won't be disappointed.

I was in a really bad place but too embarrassed to ask for professional help until I came across Leafyard. What I love most about it is, it’s user friendly, has a great format and uses simple everyday language. I feel so much more in control, my confidence has grown. I have stood up and said, “no more”… I have taken action.
