Best online experience for ordering plants

This is my second online order with Leafy Tiger and they have excelled themselves again. The customer care has been consistently brilliant ensuring my order was picked and securely packed the same day to arrive at my door the next day. I am over moon with the quality and healthiness of the plants I received which are exactly as pictured. Such a great online experience from beginning to end.
All this and such fantastic prices, why would you go anywhere else!

Great experience: would use again

I ordered a chiminea online and couldn't fault the customer service and aftercare. The order was delivered earlier than estimated, and speaking to Leafy Tiger customer service was easy, and some initial problems were swiftly corrected. I will be more than happy to use this company again due to their level of customer care.

Beautifully healthy Roses

I bought Sheila's Perfume Rose as my late sister was name Sheila. It's a unique beautiful rose and a perfect memorial. It was packed so well and was undamaged. Thank you so much. I love it.

Perfect rose plants which smells divine

I am a bit speechless I was stunned by the quality of the Chandos Rose plant led I bought. It was so carefully wrapped and arrived without any damage. I had ordered 5 Chandos roses from a well known established nursery and I was appalled by the poor quality. It was already diseased and the size was laughable. I found Leafy Tiger and never looked back. I was truly impressed by the speed of the delivery and the plants were fully established and healthy. I have bought many plants online and this is by far the best ever. I challenge anyone to go to a nursery or buy online and find better rose plants. The smell is strong and heavenly.
I just wish I had found Leafy Tiger before.
I wholeheartedly recommend and it is truly value for money.

Super Star rose - healthy & gorgeous

Bought a Super Star rose which was delivered today, so just a few days from order to delivery. The Rose is so healthy - much better than another recent rose purchase. It's got buds already so am looking forward to those opening. I'll definitely order from here again

Dead on arrival, but they replaced them.

five bare root roses ordered. Finally received two rose bushes and three bare root at the end of January (having ordered in November).

All were planted in well prepared soil with plenty of manure dug in, soon after arrival.

I gave all 5 a chance to get established. The two (Burgundy Ice) bushes are doing OK; but of the bare root roses (Black Baccarra and Deep Secret) , one is just about OK (though I doubt it will flower this year), one is barely growing with a single live shoot and one is a dead twig.

However, once I posted a 2 star review, they were right on the phone to let me know that they will replace any bare root roses that don't "take". And within a few days they had replaced my entire ordr with healthy looking bushes. So my review gos up to 4 stars ... after some hassle, but we got there.

In regards to the bare roots, there was some delays this year in getting our bare roots sent out, this was solely down to the poor weather we had which made it near impossible to get the bare roots out from the ground. We did send regular email updates - however these was done via our email marketing platform, so if you was not opted in you may not have received them all! - We are working on a better solution for this year.

We do offer a FREE replacement for any bare root rose within the first year. Please use the form https://www.leafytiger.co.uk/rose-promise-i31 to get replacement's.

I have also contacted you regarding this on the number on your order, lovely chatting to you - even with the poor phone signal :)

Fantastic service and products!

I bought several rose plants last year & they’ve all settled in & begun flourishing beautifully!
I decided I wanted a few extras & have subsequently ordered another five (and a magnolia)!
I was having difficulties with something on the website (my error, not the website) and Christopher replied to my email straight away & rectified it so that my free shipping could be applied.
I’m looking forward to receiving my next order & will 100% order from them in future as I continue to sort my garden out.
Absolutely brilliant products and service!

Very disappointed in this company…

Very disappointed in this company placed an order which said arrival 3-4 days. 12 days now passed and nothing. No update and now not had any response from 3 emails sent. Now my order was for a small amount still not the point but I would avoid if you are considering buying items worth a lot.

Remember me roses

I bought two Remember me roses. They both arrived the next day. They were so much healthier and sturdier than one I had purchased from another nursery.
Definitely 5 ⭐️ service. I will use the company again.

Excellent products, even better service

We bought a BBQ from Leafy Tiger. There was a minor issue with the product which Chris resolved super speedily and with no fuss! Communication was so good! We were so pleased with our BBQ and with the exceptional customer service we received - will definitely buy from them again. Thanks Chris

Bare root rose

My concerns over my bare root rose were dealt with by Christopher who telephoned me personally to give advice rather than replying to my email. I was unsuccessful with my rose and once I sent Christopher a picture to show it was dead he immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent which wasn’t a bare root but a fully grown rose. Thank you for your support Christopher.

Avoid - like the plague !

Avoid - like the plague !

The company, but especially the manager, are determined to NOT solve problems (they create) and erect a line of barriers / excuses instead. They never replaced a plant - dead on arrival - in 2 months, despite always *saying* they would (and accepting having received photographic evidence of the dead rose !). Still more excuses, hurdles (as, clearly, they only ever intended to refund / save delivery costs instead of supply a viable plant). Disgraceful, manipulative customer ‘service’ / attitudes !

Update: As you can see from the desperation of the reply below, to try to sound oh sooo reasonable (when they are the opposite) their focus is on manipulation - rather than solving the problem (I waited 6 weeks - to ensure there was no chance the dead plant was still dormant - to request the replacement: which was refused ! … despite being required to wait until the end of the month, no replacement followed, but all the excuses / ludicrous hoops - re further photos of a previously DEAD, not ‘dormant’ plant where demanded). But, in clearly never wanting to replace, the ‘poke the dog with stick - blame DOG when it bites’ approach of this company will indeed succeed in causing significant frustration (but NEVER any bad / abusive language etc !) … but, that’s their point / manipulation these days: frustrate, then take the ‘moral high-ground’ over ANY such frustration that they can provoke ! Hence: avoid them !

We understand your frustration regarding the rose that arrived without signs of life. Our records show our initial communication was on March 14th, where we offered to wait until mid-spring to see if the plant revived before sending a replacement. We also confirmed this approach via email on the same day.

On April 3rd, we requested updated photos of the rose for tracking purposes. We understand this may seem like a small request, but it helps us improve our quality control. Unfortunately, your response was not what we would expect from a valued customer. We value respectful communication and cannot tolerate insults or aggressive language.

While we strive to resolve all customer issues, in this instance, the disrespectful tone made further communication unproductive. Therefore, we processed a full refund for the rose on April 8th.

We appreciate you giving us a chance and hope you'll consider shopping with us again in the future. If you do, we kindly ask for a more professional approach to communication.

Disappointing experience!

Between system issues and my items being dispatched but never arriving, it’s just been one problem after another. The owner refunded the third subsequent order that never arrived and said that he’d re-post the items complimentary as a gesture of goodwill - guess what they never arrived either! The tracking said that dpd had received the order details but not the parcel! I’ve since made him aware and he said as it was complimentary they are not in a position to send another. I’ve never had to send so many emails or follow up so many times with a retailer and I make a lot of online purchases. My friend experienced the same issue and had to request a refund. Needless to say I will be placing no future orders. I’d more to place but have taken my business elsewhere. When you extend a gesture of goodwill and can’t keep your word - the trust and transparency is gone. Mistakes happen, but with 3 separate orders failing to arrive (2 subsequently resent) it’s harder to forgive. Not impressed!

Original Order: We refunded the full amount for the third order that never arrived.
Replacement Order: We did send a complimentary replacement for the original order as a gesture of goodwill. While the tracking may have indicated DPD received the order details, it seems the parcel itself was unfortunately lost. We understand this is incredibly disappointing, especially since it was a free replacement.
Unfortunately, due to the complimentary nature of the replacement, we was unable to send another one. However, we completely understand why this would damage your trust in us.

We take all customer feedback seriously, and yours highlights areas where we need to improve. We are actively working with DPD to ensure smoother deliveries in the future, historically DPD are the best courier we have used & have very few issues.
