Bought The Attico boots that cost almost 1k€, wore them for the first time to the office and the heel broke before my 10AM meeting.
Had to run out from meetings and get an emergency repair with a next door cobbler to not miss the rest of my workday.
Leam offered no compensation and blamed the brand, although under EU law they are responsible for the boots. Also falsely claimed that the emergency repair voids EU consumer rights, as if the consequences of them selling defect products is the customers fault.
They have a beautiful selection of products, but when these beautiful products fall apart the first time you use them, Leam will send you ChatGpt style answers without offering any help. Consider yourselves warned!

Don’t order from the UK! If you order from the UK there’s taxes that you’re going to have to pay on top of what you purchased it for! Also if you want to return the product back to Italy (where Leam is based) you’re going to get charged Taxes from Italy too! I’ve order from abroad in the past like Mr Porter etc but I’ve never had to pay ridiculous custom charges like ordering from Leam.

Just received 18-10-2024 my second order from LEAM, Dolce & Gabbana hoodie, express delivery by DHL, very happy with the shopping experience, size is perfect, nice done merchandise, before in July 2024 purchased from them Dolce T-Shirts, same everything perfect, not had any problems at all, I'm wondering what is happening with other customers, that LEAM has only 3,5 average rate on Trusted Pilot, from my side I can only recommend this Web Store.
