Signed up for 7 days free trial, never put credit card info in but got charged 4 times already.
Hard to get any contact info. Finally found an email from other consumer posts who complained about same issue.

No Refunds even if they bill incorrectly.
I joined MyGrowth thinking it would be entertaining while waiting for appointments. Unfortunately, I never got into it so I ended my membership in January 2026. Three months later they continue to charge me approximately $20 a month for services I have never received. They do not offer a refund under any circumstances. So basically they just charged my account and had no intention of paying it back. This is unacceptable.
