Today I learned about project identification using various tools and techniques, and it was fantastic! While I was only familiar with SWOT analysis, I realized I had overlooked the importance of a clear call to action. The course also introduced me to TOWS analysis, Pareto analysis, and the Prioritization Matrix.

The Pareto analysis was particularly enlightening; I didn't realize how the entire chart changes when viewed through the weighted chart concept. These insights have equipped me with valuable skills for evaluating and prioritizing projects effectively.

Overall, this learning experience has enhanced my understanding and will streamline my project selection process at work. Highly recommend it!
