I really really like it and my son also likes books .

it was not clearly stated that the pen had to be purchased separately even through I was offered the option of spending more to save on shipping and another book on offer that I ended up baying and still nothing popped up suggesting that I could or should purchased the pen that goes with the book.
I was very disappointed when the books arrived as I am a convert and can't use the book without the pen.
I feel this is misleading and a way to make people purchase more.
I think there should be more clarity and advice about the package you order.

I have had a bad experience with this company. While no doubt the business concept and the products are good, and I do all I can to support small businesses over Amazon, the service so far has been underwhelming.

A small business normally runs a tight ship and is supposed to have a personalised service, especially if you name your customer service “Customer Happiness Officer.”

Very slow response time to emails, no apologies given, no transparency and updates over purchase to shipment process...

I understand the problems currently at UKs borders for shipping outside to other European countries and I don’t blame the company for it but in all situations, communication is key!

I buy hundreds of pounds every month in e-shopping and this business has still lots to improve when it comes to customer relations and logistics.

At the moment I feel I am the business and they are the customer by the way I have to ask to be informed of basic purchase information.

I love it. I love everything we bought. My 5-year-old son love the kiitab bundle. He uses it all the time learn his duaas and get stickers on the ones he's memorized. He enjoys learning how to read from the read and rise book.
The prophet's pond is such a heartwarming story that starts a nice conversation about Prophet Muhammad (s). And I really liked the book about Allah: "ABC's of Allah Loves Me" and "Allah knows all about me." They are really great builders of aqeedah for little ones and adults can learn a thing or two from these messages as well.

The quality of the material, colours used, and proper English and Arabic language used is what make these products stand out. As well as the thought put into the learning process of the child, making it easy to teach from.
