It is a great Kitab
It is a great kitab and helps children learn the Quran more easily, as well as elder users who can memorise using the book.I recommend it to all little readers who love listening to the Quran but also wish to keep it entertaining and fun.

Despite the couriers causing damage to the outer packaging, the products inside were delivered in perfect condition. Despite there being nothing to fix, we offered a discount to this customer for their next order.
Highly recommend!
Resources are always better than I expect. They were a gift but I wanted to open them up instantly (I didn’t!)☺️
They were well packed in a sturdy box and arrived quite quickly too.

Happy Customer
Asalaam Aleikum. I was very happy to have received our books. And we are excited to read them. However, I was not expecting the customs duty that was levied on the products. That was a disappointment. I wonder if I had missed any instruction in this regard? Would love to order more books, but have to consider the tax implication going forward.

Disappointed that I didn't get the products ordered
I wanted to love my purchase from Learning Roots - I purchased the Kiitab bundle for Eid as it had been recommended however when it arrived it had a cheaper card version of 'My Mat' and no details on how to access the online course. After spending over £100 I shouldn't have needed to chase up the purchases. I sent a couple of messages and received a response that the 'My Mat Lite' was exactly the same as 'My Mat' however that contradicts what the website says. Also the advice they gave on how to access the course didn't work so I have had to write again to try to get access to the things I'd purchased as part of the bundle. It's left me really disappointed and definitely affected the original excitement we had for the product.
Edited to add: After 2 emails I did finally get access to the course that I'd purchased. They refunded me £2.99 for my mat but no apology or accountability.
