This is a scam. There are numerous typos and the material appears to be generated using AI. They claim to offer free Japanese notes but then charge for a digital download.

The site changed name to Study japanese notes, but scammy methods are the same.

Yes, there are free materials included but even if you picked only the free guide without the add-ons, you have to pay "digital download fee" 7$, so it's NOT free. Also, the website implies the colourful notes are the ones you will get for free, which isn't true. For the notes visible on the ad, you have to pay SEPARATELY, as otherwise you will just get a "pure text-only version".

The website also claims you'll get a bundle with free materials together with the updated notes. The bundle is made of various materials taken from other sites though.

Sheesh. I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing this piece of garbage. This was probably AI-generated with no proofreading by an actual human. The document is full of typos and blatant errors, such as Japanese text that doesn't match with the pronunciation or English translation. It's completely useless as a learning tool.

This site is a scam. No actual product. They do not offer a refund, despite what their site says. There is no product to ship, It is all digital, but you don't know that until after you have already purchased totally misleading. .They are scam artists. The product has so many errors. It's not even usable.

First of all, the information on the site doesn't show clearly what you're paying for until you've already paid. You don't get decorated pages with colorful illustrations unless you pay more—and they don't tell you that until you've made the purchase! So annoying, because by that point you've decided you want it and so you'll probably spring for the extra $12. BUT DON'T DO IT because the main PDF file is garbage. Typos everywhere, errors—it's a complete mess. I bought this to help teach my son Japanese, and I'm extremely frustrated. Some of the content is usable, but plenty of it isn't. They also won't refund my money, despite saying they have a 90-day return policy on the website. I would've been happy with this product if I could have used it. Don't waste your money.

They only reveal the fact that the product they show online (an illustrated version) is only available as an "add-on" which MORE THAN doubles the price. They claim to offer a refund if not satisfied with purchase, however they do not honour this claim. They charge for "shipping" which leads you to believe you will receive a physical product, and they do not disclose this not to be the case. Their product is a series of downloads, and then they claim the refund does not apply to downloaded products. So the refund policy is a scam.
Their product is full of English typos in the translation. Majority of the "bonus" add-on material they offer is a waste of money, things like variations of illustrations on covers, blank journal pages, etc.
They refuse to honour a refund.

Zero stars if I could. Total scam. I should’ve checked Trustpilot before proceeding. On top of all the errors they mislead you to believe that you’ll get mailed a hard copy as shown in the advertisement. It’s free so you pay $11 shipping. Turns out it’s a download. Total scam. Don’t waste your money. I emailed them and got no response. I will be disputing with my credit card company.

I bought a Japanese learning PDF from a Shopify store and it turned out to be completely unusable. The content is filled with constant grammatical and translation errors — I didn’t get 10 pages in without encountering dozens of problems. It looks like it was AI-generated or assembled without any human language review.

I requested a refund and got no response. The product was clearly not what was advertised, and I’m now disputing the charge. I highly recommend others stay away from this seller, especially if you're a serious language learner.
