Honestly, am so excited to participate in this course. My tutor Kerri Moss was AMAZING. Nothing lacking .She is just so good for the job. She relate with us with ease, respect and dignity. She communication effectively with us. I wish I could have her for more courses in future. A very big thank you to her.

Recently I have completed the care certificate knowledge only with Kerri Moss. The course over all has been an excellent experience for me. Kerri is an amazing tutor very helpful, Patient and knowledgeable. I have taken from the course a whole refresh of care certificate also a deeper understanding. This has made an impact on my own skills knowledge and understanding also has boosted my confidence so now i feel I will be a lot more confident within the health and social care sector.

I found my experience with my tutor Kerri Moss brilliant. Kerri was very detailed with using examples which helped me understand certain scenarios that could happen within the workplace and how to effectively deal with them with the knowledge and know how provided from the course. Kerri was very patient with us all, overall a lovely person. I throughly enjoyed the course and would highly recommend.

Very good informative course, I learnt some new things I didn't know. The tutor Diane was very good, she made everyone feel at ease and made the course fun. 5 stars all round.

I thought this course was just going to be basic stuff- stuff I already knew (I thought). But I was pleasantly surprised! All the staff so far have been professional, knowledgeable, and able to steer the class well, even when there are distractions!!! Put simply, I'm impressed. The sessions are engaging and presented exceptionally well. You will leave feeling like the wisest owl in the universe 😁

Couldn’t recommend this course any more highly, my tutor Gemma was so supportive, encouraging and engaging throughout my whole course! She was always there if I had any questions and was always really quick with her responses if I needed support with anything! Really happy with my results and have really enjoyed the course! During the three day course, my tutor helped me to understand how to take the first step to create a career while I was unsure and confused without knowingwhere to begin. My tutor, Jessie, recognised my needs and recommended me various ways take the first step. She was very attentive and concise while giving feedbacks. Overall, I am very happy to have attended the course.

I completed my Housing Level 2 with Learn Plus Us and I have nothing but good things to say about them. My tutor Tanya was so supportive and I truly don't believe I would have completed my apprenticeship without her as my tutor. She has a wealth of knowledge in housing and was able to share this in a positive and understanding way to myself. My Learning Support Tutor Katie also helped support me with my coursework and my mental wellbeing throughout the entirety of my apprenticeship. I will forever be thankful for both Tanya and Katie.

Olivia’s lessons were always well-structured,interactive and engaging.She’s a fantastic teacher with excellent communication skills,which made learning so much easier and enjoyable.
This course really helped me improve my writing and reading skills,as well as my listening and speaking.I now feel much more confident and comfortable speaking and having positive interactions in different situations.

My name is Rodica, and I am a single mum with two children. I am from Moldova/Romania. I completed an 8-week ESOL Entry 3 course with Learn Plus Us, taught by Olivia. She was an amazing teacher who encouraged us to speak more and always gave gentle corrections when needed, which helped me feel supported.
The course helped me improve my grammar and vocabulary, especially by practising writing letters and role-playing interviews. I also enjoyed the group tasks, which made me feel more confident communicating in everyday situations.
I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their English skills!

I'm an apprentice, and my apprenticeship approaching to its end, it was great experience, high quality tutor Sybil Bryce, always helpful, answer to any question, master guidances. Did a 4 day course ( a mix of customer service, CV writing, interview technique's and role playing + much more. Cristian, the trainer was superb. His presentation skills are second to none, highly knowledgeable, verbal's and non-verbal mixed with empathy, understanding and presented in a entertaining way all added to a highly enjoyable learning process

I have recently completed a Level 4 Housing and Property Management apprenticeship through Learn Plus Us. I had excellent support from my tutor, Sybil, throughout the duration of my course, and she was always available via phone and email to answer any queries I had. I also had great support from Sybil and the management team (Helen) during the End Point Assessment process while they supported me through queries and issues I had experienced with the assessment company.

I had my course with Cristian and it has been extremely helpful. Made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly. I definitely would recommend learn plus us to anyone that is in search for work and want to gain some knowledge!
