I have completed my Level 3 in Community Interpreting training with Learn Q , and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Professional from start to finish, the training was comprehensive, engaging, and well-structured. The course materials well prepared and put together, and the support from Teacher Ayoup was exceptional , so my advice to anybody already enrolled in the course right now or want to join , is to study very well , listen to your teacher, you will definitely enjoy the experience and learn a lot and hopefully you will pass their exam if you study well and follow their advices before the exam ,so Overall, I highly recommend Learn Q to anyone looking to boost their skills and knowledge in interpreting. A solid well-rounded course
I truely had a great learning experience with LearnQ. I thought that It was very flexible with my busy work schedule and I had the chance to take the course at my own pace. I felt that the course gave me a solid foundation and provided me with plenty of resources to build up my career. What made my learning experience fulfilling was the discussions and activities between courses. The fieldwork activities gave us an opportunity to see and understand the issues around language access in our own communities. I highly recommend this course.

Level3-Community Interpreting Course
I have recently finished Level3 Community Interpreting course with LearnQ and had my exam & passed, just waiting for the official certification.
I had the course online in the evening at 6pm on Mondays (x2 hours, once a week). Having the option of late evenings was really helpful as I was able to work during the day. Also, in terms of the payment you can split the payment over 4-5 months if you prefer, again it was helpful for me to do that; just be aware that you cannot book the exam before you finish the whole payment.
The course itself was very educational, you learn the code of conduct, what to do/not to do in certain scenarios, how to prepare for your assignments in real life etc. And on the portal you can find the "Live recordings" saved which you can go over as many times as you wish, along with other materials to use as a guide/reference. (ie Glossaries, Example Videos)
Exam itself was also very well prepared, professional, and carried out Online.
The course gives you a good understanding and tools to start your interpreting life professionally.

Great course in Community interpreting
The course was exactly what I was looking for- I wasn't available for most of the live session and luckily the prerecorded webinar were as good if not better- very informative, straight forward, user friendly. If you follow your dashboard and tick off all the exercises and webinars as instructed you're going to do great. I enjoyed the experience and I recommend LearnQ to everyone who is looking to start career in interpreting.

I found the content of each session helpful. As well as the revision materials. Just would’ve been good to have a break halfway through the two hours. I also expected to be taught by Rob ( for the exam content mainly). I found his explanations very clear.

I recently completed L3 Certificate in Community Interpreting Preparation course at Learn Q. The course content was incredibly well structured and comprehensive. After completing the course I passed the exam and found it to be fair and reflective of the material covered. Exam center staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Exam itself was well organized.

Excellent Training Experience with LearnQ
I recently completed my Level 3 CICI training with LearnQ, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the training was comprehensive, engaging, and well-structured. The course materials were thorough, and the support from the instructors was exceptional.

Not user friendly, once you try to login and get a new password nothing comes through the email , additionally once I cancelled their services online it didn't cancel, administration explained that cancellation online is not valid and I need to write them an email instead but for that I've missed a 14 day cancellation policy,and my cancellation online doesn't mean anything, do not recommend their services.

Great informative course
I finished the interpreting course with Learnqual and I cannot describe how well presented is this!
