Automatically excludes users who don't understand Uzbek
Similar to the previous reviewer, I bought a LTD for Learnum months back. However, I've had difficulty recently with accessing my Learnum account. I tried logging in to investigate the 'critical error' emails I was receiving about my LMS instance, but the entire site defaults to Uzbek.
The Learnum landing page has a language switcher in the top right for English, but that option is nowhere else on the site. So, once you navigate away from the homepage, anybody that doesn't understand Uzbek is left in the wilderness. That's bad UX design and an accessibility issue, especially since standard browser translation tools don't have Uzbek as a language option (except Google).
After eventually fumbling my way to my sites list in my account, I tried deleting the problematic one, but the delete function doesn't work. Again, bad UX design. Not to mention that everything is still in Uzbek.
Learnum was great when it was working, but now it's broken. Given the date of the previous review, it appears the developers of the site are fighting fires elsewhere or don't care about Learnum being this inaccessible. Either way, I'll be sticking to another LMS I have. Should the site be finally fixed, I may return.
