Perhaps this is your point; we didn't have the property availability you needed or wanted. We wish we had enough homes for everyone who applied to us, including you, but what can we do when faced with an overwhelming need for every home we offer? After a confusing and difficult time trying to rent a 2-bedroom house in Sidcup close to my work, I was so fed up with the discrimination from the local Estate Agents because even though I am a full-time Supervisor in health and safety at a local Prep School, I was constantly rejected because I receive a top up from UC to help me with my rent. Working with Lease For Life opened my eyes to how I can start to combat this prejudice and consent to Landlords directly so they see me as the human being I am. I have privately rented for 13 years, and I have excellent landlord and work references; I am a great Tenant and its disgusting that Letting Agents have the power to disregard honest working people based on whether or not they get government support – Thank you LFL Team, you fighting the good fight.”

In February 2023 I had some terrible news about not being able to return to my home address. Needless to say that I was distressed on how to look for accommodation in such a short period of time. That was until someone provided Karen's contact details and I must say, Karen worked like clock work and she found me the perfect size property, in a area I have learned to like. Karen was upfront and honest about a couple of issues. However, she ensure to amend those in no time. I would like to say a special thanks to Karen and Debbie too. Both of them do an outstanding job.
