Ruman was very helpful on the phone and explained to me how my invoice would be paid. Helpful and friendly. Thanks

From start to finish this was an awful experience, customer service is terrible, even putting me through to another car finance company on one occasion. They lost our spare key and have tried to bill us for it, charged us for 3 years service history even though we had the car for 25 months. Trying to call the number provided always ends in being on hold for at least 30 minutes on more then 6 times calling.
Avoid.

So helpful. I had no information and was desperate for guidance, all my questions were answered and followed up with emails.

My husband and I are both in our 70s so as you will gather we have owned and leased cars for a long time. Our lease was due up in December,Leasys were contacted and we were given a date fir collection which was on the 9th/1/25,due to the Christmas holiday and newyear.
The car went back in immaculate condition having done only 5000 mls during that time. The car was checked and was even remarked upon its great condition.within a week the charges kept coming, firstly a figure of £748 pounds because we had missed two services. The car was serviced twice and we were told by the garage that the next service was due at 9000mls,plus a wheel nut was missing which Leasys wavered within the time that the car was in our drive we were charged £115.After alot of phone calls and ages waiting for answers the last bill was for£584 pounds. We are pensioners and every pound is accounted for the bill for that amount was payed yesterday which leaves our bank balance very low indeed. How can they justify that amount of money.I feel very inclined to write to Watchdog,it has caused alot of worry and stress and I wouldn't want anybody to go threw that experience especially someone of our age group. The one star is the poor customer service advisors ejo have to deal with all this.John and Cheryl Evans

Guys there is too much for me to tell. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a total shambles and their many different departments are full of complete half wits.
I implore you not use this so called service and go to another, even if the other is more expensive because it will be more than worth it in the end.
UPDATE: I wouldn’t ‘reach out’ to Leasys if I was falling off a cliff.

From start to finish, dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I handed the car back early just to avoid any further interaction with them. Their fees are outrageous—charging an admin fee just to forward an email from the highway agency is absurd. The email even stated the toll booth had an error that caused my payment to fail, yet Leasys still fined me. When I tried to dispute this, they completely ignored me.
When I returned the car, they sent a collection report claiming I owed money for a tiny mark on the passenger door, something that was clearly wear and tear from a car park. On top of that, the mileage was well below the agreed limit, meaning the car was worth more than expected—but of course, they didn’t care about that.
I called to make my final payment, including the early termination fees, and confirmed three times with their adviser that everything was settled. He assured me I owed nothing further. Yet two months later, I received a letter from their debt collection department saying I still owed £95. So much for “final payment.” Now I’m stuck on hold for nearly an hour trying to pay this off to protect my excellent credit rating.
BEWARE—this company is a total shambles and operates like a cowboy outfit. Avoid at all costs
Update - I have now been trying for a week to make this payment and there are constant system issues. Waiting for someone from their collection to call me back. WHEN WILL I EVER BE FREE OF LEASYS!?!?
Leasy's - I have emailed you as I seem to be getting nowhere. I'd rather just cut my losses, but seems even that is impossible! If any entries are made against my excellent credit file I will be taking legal action.

Crazy end of lease charges!
I leased a car for 4 years from this company. The car was returned with much lower mileage than the allowance I paid for and it was fully maintained in accordance with the manufactures guidelines. The car had wear and tear which I accept and was ready to pay for BUT Leasys are demanding £700 for missing service history despite being provided with invoices from the approved dealership that prove all the required services were done!
This boils down to (as far as I can gather), the dealership forgot to rubber stamp the service history book! So, the car has been fully serviced but an admin omission is to cost me £700???
Common sense does not prevail, Leasys are totally disinterested in the evidence Ive provided of the full service history. Ive even offered to get whatever may be needed from the dealership to resolve this and nothing. A rubber stamp is more important than the actual service. In reality, the fine is cheaper than the approved dealership servicing the car so this is a double whammy! Ive paid for 3 services costing approx £250 each and Im being fined £700 for alleged missing history of them happening - despite providing all the receipts!!
Stay away from this company!

From the start, everything with Leasys went wrong! Their computer system kept having faults which delayed all paperwork and after paying the initial deposit, it took two months before the payment was taken and that was after a reminder from myself! The car has had many faults also which has cost me in time and money which was annoying as it was a brand new car! Plus when phoning and asking Leasys for help, they were not helpful at all. After solving the problems myself, I requested extra mileage on the contract due to work requirements and the amount offered was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be using Leasys again and would not recommend them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
There are plenty to choose from and this is the worst I have dealt with.
Attempting to charge me for damage that's covered under the fair use policy they claim to uphold. Then refusing to remove the charges and advising i contact BVRLA if I have a problem with it. Then to add insult to injury, invoicing a heavy cost to cover the time from end of contract until the car was collected even although I took the soonest collection date available and the car never moved a mile from end of contract (wasn't insured which i was also nervous about having an uninsured assest on the drive).
All in all this company should be avoided. I have never had such poor customer service. Go with Leasys and they will 100% bend you over and give you a good seeing to come the end of contract.
Absolute shambles.
Response to Leasys reply 09/01/25
I see you spent more time on a reply on here than you have to the countless E-mails i sent to your "dedicated team" You have charged me for items which are 100% fair wear and tear and you refuse to action them and instead push me towards the BVRLA. You have provided me no assistance and it seems there are many in my position going by the reviews on Trustpilot. Don't waste your time replying to me on here instead, focus your efforts on rectifying the issue.
I URGE ANYONE WHO TAKES THE TIME TO READ THIS TO THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING LEASYS.

Cannot rave about Tom enough. From the moment I entered the showroom and being looked after straightaway (unlike others I had been to that day) to keeping me up to date with the whole process and then great after sales. It is rare to find such amazing customer service these days, thankyou so much

I took possession of my vehicle on 5th Dec. The drivers footwell was absolutely filthy. Worse than that there is a scratch/smudge on the glass effect door pillar. The delivery driver took a pic of it when I pointed it out to him. I have been awaiting feedback from Leasys/Select Car Leasing regarding compensation or whatever but nothing yet.
I also asked for clarity of the total amount debited from my bank recently, how much was the initial deposit and how much of it was the first monthly payment. Still not had a reply.
So even after Leasys replied to my review on 8th Jan nothing has been done yet and its 21st Feb

Van arrived as planned thank you.
The delivery Agent was prompt and good communication.
Who,s responsible is it to ensure the vehicle arrives clean and ready to go?
The van was delivered with what initially looked like some minor road dirt no real problem.
On further inspection the vehicle was extremely dirty the Roof was extremely engrained all vertical panels had black streaks the glass inside and out was covered in grease the front windscreen had tap adhesive on it, the black roof rubbers still had white protective tap on them, rear wiper does not clear the glass, the side doors do not look shut.
This can not have been PDI,d ???
There are few other problems which are manufacturing/design issue, I think.
The ride is extremely harsh / hard.
The drivers door mirror does not adjust far enough on full adjustment, more than half the mirror is filled with the side of the van leaving a 5 meter blind spot on my right hand side when driving.
Please advize
Thank you Brian
PS I have pictures if required

I would give lower if I could DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are fraudsters! We gave back BOTH our cars in excellent condition and BOTH cars were charged over £1,000 for. They took the money without consulting us for one of them! We are disputing this! We will take it to court should we need too. Another family member has had the SAME situation with them! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible experience with new Citroen car delivered from Leasys. Broke down two weeks in, they couldn’t find the car in the system. Car spent 6 weeks in dealership. Fast forward two weeks again, another problem and car and in dealership for another 6 weeks with no sight of fix!. Throughout process Leasys have refused to take the car back or swap out for another. Have had the car for months and it has only been fully functional for 2 weeks, remainder of time in a garage or awaiting appointment. No accountability whatsoever from customer services or complaints dept. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE
