Never. never rent a car from this company. They are fraudulent. I rented a car from them in Italy. I dropped it off the evening before the rental expired at Linate airport and we stayed at the Linate Best Western that night for an early morning flight. I got fined over $1000 for driving that car into Milan centre that night. Obviously one of their employees used the car after I dropped it off. I substantiated all this including the reservation at the hotel, but some crazy Italian lawyer keeps chasing me for the money. I will never pay this fine. I have made it abundantly clear that I dropped the car off that night. This is fraud. Never go near this company and I will never return to Italy if this is how they treat visitors. Be warned.
BEWARE taking out vehicle agreement if it involves Leasys. After our 4 year PCP was over they billed us over £2500 for what can only be described as minor wear and tear issues.
They have blatantly overcharged us for every single tiny hairline invisible blemish. Even the collection guy said this was a great car someone was getting due to the low mileage.
We are now trying to dispute but they have only referred us to the BVRLA (useless). I see from the other reviews on Trustpilot a clear pattern of corporate malpractice. Leasys are absolutely to be avoided at all costs.

Appaling company. One of those situations where I wish I had read these reviews before leasing a car from them. They picked the car up a while ago and are still invoicing me every month for the car, affecting my credit rating.
EDIT. Ignore the copy and paste email below from Leasys, nobody responds to emails sent to that address. In fact, they haven't even responded to questions from the Financial Ombudsman either.

DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY
Returned an immaculate car with a full service history and they are trying to charge me £1700 for tiny scratches which are clearly normal wear and tear for a 4 year old car and charge me £600 as the oil was not approved Volvo (despite being a reputable VAT registered garage). I even rang to check I could use the garage before getting the service.
Clearly this is how they try to make their money at the end of their deals. Do not lease from this company - absolute cowboys! I have taken the matter to the ombudsman.

STAY CLEAR AND BUY FROM ELSE. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!
Returned my vehicle, whereby it is suggested that there is paintwork defects, despite not repairing my vehicle in the highlighted areas.
£723 bill in total, as a result I have had to direct a solicitor. The paintwork highlighted is a manufacturing defect which was present on delivery of the vehicle. Keep clear, I use to work for a lease company and this would have never happened in my team or company.

My leased vehicle was delivered with the wrong registration plates affixed so is illegal to drive on the roads as it's uninsurable. The garage repeatedly failed to provide the correct plates so I contacted Leasys for assistance. I got none. 'We are just the finance company' etc. It's now sitting with Leasys complaints dept who tell me they have 8 weeks to look into it. No urgency whatsoever. Now been without a car for 17 days and apparently to wait the further 8 weeks for their investigation into a clearly straightforward failure to provide a legal car that the customer can drive. Unbelievable!
UPDATE RE BELOW REPLY - No one has contacted me from Leasys. I think they put these replies on to indicate to prospective new customers reading these reviews that they are trying to rectify matters. I've previously spoken to 5 different people at this company looking for a bit of assistance and was met with complete disinterest for my predicament

Had a brand new Jeep Avenger which broke down after 2 weeks. Have put in formal complaint and want to reject the vehicle as the battery failed. Leasys have yet to get back to me 5 days later and I am left with a hire car and no idea of what's going on. Rubbish customer service and communication.

I have to say, I read some of the reviews on here and was very skeptical of what was to come. However, I have had absolutely no issues in the 3 years that I had a lease with this company.
Always had someone respond to my emails and if I rang via telephone the experience was just as good.
I even took the route for an early termination as this suited me best. I looked after the car throughout the lease and got hit with a £48.00 charge at the end based on the findings of the inspection. However due to the car going back with less miles on it than I was contracted for, I contacted Leasys and they waived it for me as to being understanding to the situation and a gesture of goodwill.
Zero complaints with my experience and customer service was brilliant.
Yes, the inspection (done by independent inspectors) will find faults with the vehicle if there are any but are all within the BVLRA standards (harsh but to be expected)

Edit: after writing this review, Leasys posted underneath asking for me to contact their Operations team, which I did, but funnily enough I've had no response.
Disgraceful customer service. The man who delivered my car made me sign electronically for receipt on a tablet he had. Only when I returned the car did I see that there were actually terms and conditions above this that stated things like "the car has been washed" and "I have received a spare key", neither of which were true! Now Leasys is trying to charge me for a missing key that I never received. They are threatening legal action despite the fact I do not have a key to give them, because their lying employee never gave it to me. Will never use Leasys again.

I really wish I'd read these reviews before I hired a car from them. I've just received a bill for £860 in end of contract charges. I'm absolutely stunned. I also received a bill for the time after my contact ended and the date they were able to collect the car. It was about 2 weeks because they were too busy to collect before. It's such a shame because I didn't have any issues at all during my 2 year contract but all these bills at the end has completely shocked me. I would never use them again. Please don't use this company, there are decent, honest ones out there.

Absolutely fine until it came to giving the car back after 4 years. T
They have tried to charge me £1200 for damages (the car was in excellent condition) which I disputed. The next (and only) communication was an emailed invoice stating they are going to take the money automatically, no discussion as to what has been disputed and why. No discussion over the phone is permitted by Leasys, only via email.
To add some perspective - they want to charge me £400 for no service for 2 years. The car has been serviced. However, according to Leasys email confirmation / PDF from the garage with confirmation of the vehicles service and levels provided is not enough evidence as I didn't have a "paper copy" printed upon collection.
£175 for "Corrosion / Rust" on the seatbelt - the seatbelt has some white paint on it. It works completely fine.
£117 for a missing key - we were only given 1 key when we leased the car via Glyn Hopkin. We had 2 keys when going through PCP finance 4 years prior with the same company with a different car.
The remainder are scratches ranging from 16-100mm which have been charged from £48-78. There isn't scratch on the vehicle anywhere near 10cm's, its a con.
They have also deemed all damages are beyond wear and tear. I have taken pictures of the scratches and to say it is not wear and tear after 4 years of ownership is laughable.
I implore you not to use this company - they have zero morals and zero care for their customers. Their only objective is to bleed as much money as they can from you before moving onto the next unsuspecting victim.

If there was the option to select a zero rating. I would. This company is fine until your vehicle goes back. They have tried to charge me for things that I disagree with. I signed the handover as refuted/disagree. No one contacted me about the disagreement. And instead. I got invoiced for over £1300. With a message at the bottom saying if I had a direct debit set up, it would be automatically taken. I cancelled my direct debit. Let me put something into perspective. My monthly lease was under £200 a month and they are trying to take over a grand out of my account with no discussion as to why I refuted some of the extra charges.
I contacted them multiple times via email etc. Calling in was a nightmare and I got nowhere. When I did get replies to emails, I've got nowhere.
I've come on trust pilot today because leasys have attempted to take the £1300+ out of my account today. How disgusting. Especially after I have explained to them I don't agree with the charges, I am heavily pregnant and due to go on maternity with a reduced wage and simply can not afford to pay anything upfront.
This company are robbers at the end of the contract. With minimal communication. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely shocking company! They were supposed to credit me my account yesterday after months of issues and complaints and lack of support or help and ignoring emails and requests for weeks on end. They DID NOT credit me the money that I was due yesterday, I have chased this up today and apparently they had a wrong setting set up to pay me so I now apparently won’t receive until next week (highly likely considering I have been waiting months already for it)! Absolutely disgusting they are quick to take your money but when it comes to receiving money back expect delays, being ignored for weeks on end and poor service overall! Why should I have to wait even longer for the money because you made a mistake on your settings! I have never been so disappointed with a company like I have leasys.

Had a Fiat 500 which was pre-covid at £160 a month. After 2 years we extended for another year and was then quoted £120 a month. The last year when we went to extend again for another year we got quoted £190!!
Absolute rip off, contacting customer service they said it was due the increasing costs of living and car prices but, how preposterous is it for a company to charge more for a car that is 4 years old than it was brand new from the dealers?
Will never use leasys again my husband has always had car leases and the price has consistently only ever gone down on much more expensive and more valuable cars!
Do not trust their responses that make it seem like they're interested in resolving complaints. I have sent them an email, as requested, on 16th Feb it is now 28th Feb and no response.

Initial Ease, Followed by Frustration
My initial experience with Leasys was excellent – the vehicle delivery was prompt and hassle-free, directly to my home. However, the early return process was riddled with issues three years later. Despite complying with the early return payment as per the contract, the vehicle's pick-up was poorly handled. The appointed assessor failed to show up, leading to numerous unresponded emails and unhelpful phone calls.
It took an excessive three months for the vehicle, parked unused on the street, to be collected. Surprisingly, they asked for the payments for these three months and to prove the handover, despite it being managed by Leasys' tow service and when I paid the amount they told me before. They require a debt. It is incredible!! This experience was marked by poor coordination and frustrating mismanagement. It is a nightmare.
On my third Leasys car. Outstanding service from Paul Jones and the team. Another great deal and slick service all round including the appointed Stellantis dealer.

Is hard for them to even talk to you must be very unhappy employee .
Biggest thieves that only thinking of stealing money left right and centre from innocent people . Worst company that I’ve ever worked
Please stop supporting such an awful company
Purchased a vehicle that the previous owner had on finance with Leasys.
It was still showing on Hpi check as only paid off 2 days prior to purchase hence needed confirmation.
The staff were extremely helpful and called back/ sent e mail confirmation within the hour. Thanks so much.
