Avoid at all costs!

I returned my Lease car, after having several in the past with other companies, I expected a charge as I had lost the spare key, parcel shelf, and had a scuff on an alloy.

They charged me for 2 new tyres (even though they were above legal limit as per the agreement) and 2 services (despite having full service history in the car!)

They use Manheim Auctions to collect their cars, who completely exaggerate every detail. The car was in immaculate condition apart from the one alloy scuff. They take their word over their customers word.

I was charged just over £950 for two services and two tyres which did not need to be charged. Then Leasys representative ‘Anum’ sent me a copy and paste email they send to anyone who complains about charges - saying ‘tough luck, take it to Alternative Dispute Resolution’.

Deplorable service and I will never use Leasys again, and urge you not to.

I have a contract hire car through leaseys and a 3rd party (select leasing). I was supposed to get the car in August but this keep getting extended every 2 weeks with no explanation of why, I finally got the car in December 4 months after original delivery. Found out this was due to a simple recall ! The wheels were covered in rust as the car was now 9 months old and I presume had just been sat idol. Had it for 1 week and it broke down repeatedly . Turns out it needed a new gear box after 200 miles! . I wanted to reject the vehicle but leaseys gave me very little direction only stated I needed fill in a complaint form and to wait 2 months for a reply. I called this repeatedly to no avail. I’d waited 4 without a car and I couldn’t do another 2 months so collected it once it had been fixed. I called and emailed multiple times asking to have a call back and update but never got any call backs from anyone including case manager and supervisor . After a couple of months I got small refund. Had the car for a further 3 days and it broke down again and is back at the garage with a faulty battery . Called leasey to speak to them again they said they would call back but haven’t. I appreciate that sometimes cars go wrong but the service has been terrible from start to finish. I would not use or recommend

I have a 3yr lease vehicle with Leasys. Rather than giving an "un-helpful rant-athon".
I sourced the vehicle through LeaseLoco (Vauxhall Corsa). I opted for the maintenance package as previous experiences of opting out really stung me with costly repairs.
The delivery of my vehicle was as per agreement. Although, my wife who received the vehicle was handed two sets of keys and told "info is in the car". The "info" consisted of a mini booklet and we were left to read the "owners manual".
1yr in and time to service the vehicle. Between numerous phone calls with many different people just to arrange a service.
Not at all a 'happy bunny'. I had initially made contact in February 2022 and the vehicle was eventually serviced in August 2022.
I received a parking ticket (which I appealed and was successful in that appeal). However, Leasys added an additional amount to my invoice siting 'Administrative costs'.
I have awarded 2 stars on the basis that the cost of Leasing the vehicle was very competitive. However, you know what they say "If you pay peanuts you only get....."
Maybe I was just spoiled by my previous Lease Company!
