Bought a beautiful bag - two months later, strap comes loose as stitching has failed. Have tried to email, use web contact form, and call the company. Absolutely no response.

The first sheepskin rug that I bought from this company was of excellent quality which encouraged me to buy another one. This was a huge mistake as I soon had to find out after receiving a filthy rug of something losing its hair. When I called the company to report this mishap their attitude was aggressive and rude. They asked me to return the faulty item on my expense and when I stated that it would be their responsibility to cover for the cost of return they only provided a label to print out and after I stated that I need a QR code since I do not own a printer they never came back to me.

Excllent product highly recommend and delivery was above and beyond delivered next day

I ordered a sheepskin rug. It was despatched the same day and arrived two days later. The quality and value for money are great. I would have liked paper or card packaging as this is better for the environment than plastic.

2 stars for a design. I like it.

I ordered travel bag, in description they wrote clearly 100% GENUINE LEATHER.

Excellent quality leather blazer. Loved the "oxblood" shade - (burgundy with a brown hue). Perfect fit. Delivered very quickly. Highly recommended.

The design and Quality of the bag is very good, especially with me often carrying sensitive documents and valuable equipment, it felt very secure.

BUT, the zipper broke after 3/4 months of use, leaving the bag a little useless, being constantly open when carrying several sensitive and valuable items for work.

I have tried to contact customer service, no answer on calls or reply to emails. All I wanted was advice to help repair. As the last gift from my late Dad, it isn't something I can simply replace.

Problem with delivery which vendor would not deal with.

Goods subsequently returned within 14 days but no refund received.

Complained to my credit card provider and was refunded by them: Suggest others do similarly if they have problems.

Ordered yesterday and standard delivery by UPS today. Excellent service. On receipt I realised it wasn't the right shape for my grandson, so have exchanged for another. Quality and service from the company was excellent, thank you.

I rang this company yesterday to inquiry about a long ladies coat I had seen on their website and the service I received was excellent.My problem I have is I am very thin and old and struggle to get anything to fit me and end up looking like a hanged hare but the staff in this shop could not do enough . They were polite, friendly and were only too happy to help me , photos were sent to me , tape measures were out I couldn't fault their patience hence I purchased the coat it arrived in less than 24 hours of ordering plus I had got a bit more discount packaging was brilliant, coat is stunning better than I thought it would be , leather is beautiful quality have not taken it off since it arrived The whole experience was excellent i cannot thank the staff that helped with my purchase and for definitely going the extra mile for me would certainly recommend there customer service skills are excellent thank you

Ordered a leather vest, they promised packing and sending in 2 days, but I didn't hear from them in a week. After I sended them a email they informed me that the vest I ordered was damaged and last in stock and offered me a similar looking vest or refund. I took the similar looking vest and they promised to send it asap. Couple of days later I asked again about my order, and they gave me a bs excuse that they had problem with courier company and my shipping address, and they canceled my order and promised a full refund in 48-72 hours. A day later I got an email that the refund proses may take upto 10 days. I haven't got my money back and I think that this is a robbery.

Wasn't sent gloves that were added to order and have completely been ignored since. Terrible customer service.

Really happy with my bags,I will be ordering more.there was problem on my postcode should have been ws and was down as sw.but was sorted and sent back out to me supper fast.thank you for such a prompt solution to the problem

Another con company - just like Angel Jackets/F-jackets and others) importing shoddily made knock off leather stuff from Pakistan, and shamelessly claiming it is 'made in the UK with high quality leather'. Yeah, my ass it is. What has happened to the manufacturing quality and quality control in the UK these days? It's utterly abyssmal. Snakes like the people running this site take advantage of the economic climate...low lifes that they are. These days there are so many leather jacket companies online (mostly the ones offering stuff at cheaper prices) that, at first glance, look legit, reasonably priced and decent...but that are actually run by rude, manipulative bottom feeders who unscrupulously sell shoddy rubbish. Leather jackets that won't even last months, forget about years (which a good leather item should). This is one such company. Avoid like the plague.
