I wish there were 10 stars available-and that still wouldnt be enough! I have owned several Leather satchel Company bags over the years. They are FABULOUS! the look, the quality of craftsmanship and the sheer joy of use is unmatchable. I recieve compliments too! so many folks have asked where I got it! I have no idea how long I will be on this earth but I assure you that everyday that I am -you will find a Leather Satchel company bag on my shoulder! For the happiness I have found in owning one the price is indeed cheap.!

Nowadays, branded bags are all over social media, and it has become a status symbol to own one. However, it was not until last year that I stumbled on The Leather Satchel on Instagram. The festival satchel matches not only my body build but most especially my personality. I am an old-school person, and the bag seems to take me back to the past, classic, yet you can use it both for a formal and casual look. The problem was I was debating on what color I should get between Pillarbox Red or Patent Oxblood Red.
Last month, I placed my order, and I was touched by how thoughtful the people were behind this company. First, they emailed me several times to confirm the smallest detail of my order. Then, finally, I received the carefully crafted bag, and I must say, it is lovely—the perfect color, size, and style that suits me. I can't wait to use this for my travels soon. An incredible company. Craftsmanship is superb and the oldest bag we have looks just as good 8 years later as the new music case that arrived today. I am so pleased with it. I asked for a shorter handle, two colours of leather and an inside pocket. No problem, and all completed from scratch in a couple of days. The company are a small family business who go out of their way every time to make sure your bag is just right for you. In the past I have asked for a wider gusset, different colours, and even for one of the styles to be adjusted to fit the back of my daughters wheelchair. All no problem at all for them and such lovely people too. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I bought the Festival Satchel when I was in Liverpool for a conference. Two years later, when a gusset on the strap was loose, Shaun at The Leather Satchel Co responded immediately to organize shipping and a repair. Since my 1st purchase, I have added a 15-inch satchel for work and travel and an 11-inch classic satchel for every day.

What a fantastic company, product and service I cannot rate it high enough. Had my sporran patent satchel made with a magnetic fastener - it looks amazing and the craftsmanship and quality second to none. All I can say is WOW…… I saw this bag and loved it… But there was a few little things I wanted… Shaun was fabulous writing every detail to make my bag extra special for me… nothing was any bother…. From extra length in the strap… compartment inside the bag ( for my fone/keys, to the colour, putting my name on the bag/choice of bucket/clasp!!! And it arrived in lovely box and dust bag…. And earlier than expected….. top class all round!
Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough… and would definitely buy again!!!

I ordered a satchel from The Leather Satchel Co for university and I have to say this bag surpassed all of my expectations. The leather is beautiful, the stitching flawless, and it’s exactly what I have been looking for for years. I can already tell it’s durable just from wearing it now, but I know of this companies abilities as my mums bought two bags within the past two years.
I’ve never owned a bag like this in my life and I’m just so pleased with it, I can’t wait to buy more in the future.
It’s also worth mentioning that the customer service is amazing. They got back to me very quickly and shipped far quicker than I expected. They were absolutely lovely and so helpful.
I just haven’t got a single bad thing to say!

I can't rate the company highly enough.They deserve 5+ stars!The craftmanship of the bags and the after sales service are excellent.I bought my daughter a large satchel in 2013 and it's still going strong.I have contacted them on 3 occasions for minor repairs (thread starting to unravel twice and a stud coming apart once) and each time they have arranged pick up and delivery of the bag and the repair has been done very quickly and the bag returned.They do not charge for this as the bags have a lifetime guarantee.How good is that?
