AVOID This Company - SCAM
his has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I originally ordered a White Ballerina Bustier Midi Dress and was sent the wrong item. After contacting customer service, I was instructed to place a replacement order for the correct dress. I did so immediately. It has now been nearly a month since that replacement order was placed, and I still have not received the dress.
Despite being told that my replacement “shipped,” I have received no tracking number, no shipment confirmation, and no delivery. I have followed up multiple times and have not received any real resolution. I am now being denied a refund despite never receiving the product.
This dress was intended for my graduation photos, and the complete lack of urgency, accountability, and transparency has been extremely frustrating.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. If something goes wrong with your order, you should not expect timely communication, shipment transparency, or a refund.
