Bought an awesome pair of fireman boots—though the size was a bit too big. The store was super helpful and quickly provided a return address so I could exchange them for a better fit. The new pair fits perfectly! I wore them last night and got tons of compliments. Finally found a cool store that fits my style—thanks, guys!

not a scam!

scam
ordered/paid for product. no order confirmation. waited a few days. checked track order (it says no order found). mailed customer support. no reply.

Thanks for the response. The emails were indeed in my spam folder.
Stupid from me not to check there! #facepalm
and so I'm amending this review and updating the score from 1 star to 3.
That being said, how can the item be out of stock??? I'm looking at your site now and there is no mention of this being so. Before you call reviews misleading, you might want to fix the way you present information about an items availability on your website.
Regarding the refund notification: I did not receive this as of yet. Once I do, I'll update this review again to reflect this.

I needed to change the color and customer service help me with that since it was already shipped. I was able to exchange my previous order without the long process. They took care of it! Ordered a bag

Ordered a bag, it came but was not great quality, ordered a second hoping for better luck the second time around and this time they bag was not in stock. Why is bag not in stock being advertised as in stock? I noticed a lot of Chinese companies do this so it’s not a isolated incident. I don’t recommend buying form them also most of there products are on aliexpress for cheaper , so I would say buy it there instead.

Very poor customer service :(

I loved the shoes I received, but they ran large and requested an even exchange for a smaller size. I left a message and emailed customer service.. NO RESPONSE AT ALL! Very upset to say the least, since I wanted to be place another order for another pair of shoes, but no longer trust this company! Very sad to say the least being I loved their selection of shoes.

User friendly

It was easy to pick an item, the web page is very user friendly. Shipping did take some time, so it would be a good idea to plan an outfit way ahead of time!

Let's be honest and stay with the facts, you made a purchase from our store during our yearly ( mid Jan till March 1) shutdown/offline procedure, where we don't ship or receive orders. A letter and refund was sent to all customer that placed orders in that window via email. Unlike our official store www.lebeautiful.co Facebook/Instagram don't allow us to set up a notice when order is placed, this is why for those type orders we send via email a notice to you. If you think we could have handle this any better, please be free to share your thoughts. If you choose to repurchase those items we are more than ready to process and ship them out to you. Sorry for your discomfort, but I think professionally we did the best we could under circumstances.

We have been working with our forwarder and shipper for over 3 weeks now trying to find out what happen to your shipping, at this point we are assuming it got lost in someone possessions international or your local courier (USPS), this sometimes happen less than 0.8% of our yearly shipping. I have no issues with LeBeautiful but…

I have no issues with LeBeautiful but the military style jacket I ordered & just received is unfortunately a bit small. I am 5'8" and weigh 137 lbs and take size 8-10 normally, so I'm quite petite in size, but just to be cautious I ordered an XL. This jacket is still too tight. I have to assume it was made in Asia as I find most Asian products too small for us North Americans. Too bad, cute jacket, but - tight. Beware.
