Bad communication instead of proper communicating they are ask me to go info to message them highly disappointed

I placed a very large first-time order with this store and accidentally provided the wrong address, which caused the package to be returned to them. They have been incredibly helpful in arranging to reship the package to me, even though my girl’s birthday has already passed—I still want her to have this gift.

I may have overlooked their shipping timeline, so I contacted their customer service. Their response was incredibly polite and helpful—they explained everything clearly and honestly. I appreciate the transparency. Five stars for their customer service—thank you!

At first, I was a bit hesitant to order from a store I wasn’t familiar with. The delivery wasn’t super fast, but it was reliable. I absolutely love the swimsuit—it fit me perfectly when it arrived!

Bought an awesome pair of fireman boots—though the size was a bit too big. The store was super helpful and quickly provided a return address so I could exchange them for a better fit. The new pair fits perfectly! I wore them last night and got tons of compliments. Finally found a cool store that fits my style—thanks, guys!

ordered/paid for product. no order confirmation. waited a few days. checked track order (it says no order found). mailed customer support. no reply.

Stupid from me not to check there! #facepalm
and so I'm amending this review and updating the score from 1 star to 3.
That being said, how can the item be out of stock??? I'm looking at your site now and there is no mention of this being so. Before you call reviews misleading, you might want to fix the way you present information about an items availability on your website.
Regarding the refund notification: I did not receive this as of yet. Once I do, I'll update this review again to reflect this.

Received the refund notification and the money indeed has been refunded (all within 24 hours).

I ordered a bag that I've been looking at for an event. It came nicely packaged and great quality item. I needed to change the color and customer service help me with that since it was already shipped. I was able to exchange my previous order without the long process. They took care of it! Shipping time was good. I would certainly order again! Thank You.

Bought a few lingeries for my girl, she was very happy with the looks and fit, I'm liking them as well ;)

Ordered a bag, it came but was not great quality, ordered a second hoping for better luck the second time around and this time they bag was not in stock. Why is bag not in stock being advertised as in stock? I noticed a lot of Chinese companies do this so it’s not a isolated incident. I don’t recommend buying form them also most of there products are on aliexpress for cheaper , so I would say buy it there instead.

I loved the shoes I received, but they ran large and requested an even exchange for a smaller size. I left a message and emailed customer service.. NO RESPONSE AT ALL! Very upset to say the least, since I wanted to be place another order for another pair of shoes, but no longer trust this company! Very sad to say the least being I loved their selection of shoes.

It was easy to pick an item, the web page is very user friendly. Shipping did take some time, so it would be a good idea to plan an outfit way ahead of time!

I haven’t received my order yet. Pretty poor form to send me a customer satisfaction survey before the product arrives. Send me another after I get my shipment.

I have no issues with LeBeautiful but the military style jacket I ordered & just received is unfortunately a bit small. I am 5'8" and weigh 137 lbs and take size 8-10 normally, so I'm quite petite in size, but just to be cautious I ordered an XL. This jacket is still too tight. I have to assume it was made in Asia as I find most Asian products too small for us North Americans. Too bad, cute jacket, but - tight. Beware.
