To address your concerns, I want to assure you that we are making significant changes to our logistics. By the end of the summer, we plan to transition all of our fulfillment facilities to the United States. This move is part of our ongoing commitment to improving delivery times, increasing transparency, and ensuring that our customers receive their books as quickly as possible.
The reason we currently utilize international fulfillment centers is to avoid high tax rates and import fees that would otherwise increase the cost of books for our customers. By strategically shipping from multiple locations, we can offer more affordable prices while still maintaining quality. However, we understand that this may not always be ideal, which is why we are actively working on shifting our operations to the U.S. to make the process even smoother.
