I did a lot of reading on ebike to…

I did a lot of reading on ebike to familiarize myself with what is our there. Everything kept coming up positive with Lectric ebike, so I decided to get one for the kids. The bike came earlier than I expected, so I had to change plan so I can be home when it delivered. The instruction was easier than I thought. It took me than 10 minutes to put it together by myself. It's been a awesome product so far. Thank you to the team at lectric for a wonderful product! I couldn't be more happier with this purchase.

Love my trike

Love my trike! Great purchase experience. Great Customer Service when I had a question.
The only thing is I wish were different, is the manual.
I wish I had a paper copy. I had to download and print. It’s annoying, but the future.

Malfuntions of a brand new XP4

I put this XP4 together during the last week, and have ridden it only two times. Already, I've experienced malfunctions of the multi-function display, battery, or battery switch; which one in particular is still not clear. Bottom line: I was stranded over 1.5 miles from home yesterday when the bike just stopped working. I'll be contacting Lectric eBikes about this today.

Great Customer service and support

The pedal assist stopped working after two weeks. Once I found the phone number I was able to speak with customer service and my issue was resolved. Great bike by the way Xpress 750

Delivery was fairly quick and setting…

Delivery was fairly quick and setting the bike up was pretty easy. The quality of the bike is excellent, I am very happy with my purchase. My next purchase will be a spare battery, but it’s about half the cost of what I paid for the bike so it’ll have to wait.

Love the bike

Love the bike. It is so great, we got a second one for my husband. We know go out after work and get a couple miles in. Looking forward to taking the bikes with us on our camping adventures as well.
Would (have) definitely recommend Lectric Biles to friends and family.

The XP4 has been great every thing it…

The XP4 has been great every thing it supposed to be. Customer support was prompt, the phone holder didn’t fit my phone but they made it right. I had to put a larger saddle for my old but now I’m enjoying every ride. 5 stars

The bearings in the crank and the neck…

The bearings in the crank and the neck needs work. Too much clunkiness and noise on bumps. Doesn't seam very long lasting. The quick clamps made of plastic for the seat post and neck don't hold very well and slip and they do not instill confidence. The gearing for manual portion of is poor uncomfortable. My hope for the bike was if I ran out of power I could easily pedal the bike , but it's not so easy, If you could recharge by pedaling ,the drag on the bike while pedaling or pushing wouldn't seem as bad. My error was not reading the fine print with this model I assumed it had a max speed of 28 mph just like the other models 20 mph being tops for the 2.0 was disappointing. But my error. But with my own max mileage test was impressive. The bike carried my 200 lbs on very flat smooth track outdoor 39 miles with controller set at level 2 with no pedaling average speed 14.7 mph.

Purchased an XP4 last month in April

Purchased an XP4 last month in April , came in damage by battery hinge, they wanted me to show pics of me closing the bike latch to see if it will operate properly when I never turned the bike on and was finally able to have it approved to send back to wait another 2 weeks on shipping process of a bike , it should not take this long to receive a bike especially when I’m already having issues before even receiving it, my bike should be expedited!

Bought a bike for my husband's…

Bought a bike for my husband's birthday. He absolutely loves it. The site was easy to use. The shipping was super quick. The bike was packaged very carefully, no issues with it at all. And the instructional video was excellent.

The XP trike had wear on both drive…

The XP trike had wear on both drive gears that wore out the chain in 1,000 miles. Part not replaceable so offered refund of original cost of the XP or get a no-cost XP2-500. I bought a new XP2-750. It arrived within a week. Easy to assemble. Packaged the trike to be returned. Shipper picked it up. I received the refund as promised. Kyle has been great to work with through the process. Two weeks later I have over 200 miles on my new trike.

Everything was great love this bike the…

Everything was great love this bike the very best,but their was something that threw me off is when I saw this bike on all of the unboxing it came with the big soft seat and I really thought that I was getting mines to everyone said that it comes with the bike but mines didn't, other than that I love this bike.

The bike was easy to assemble except for the front gooseneck. It gave me some trouble getting the bolt inside aligned correctly. I’m not sure if I like the quick release on the peddles because what if I want to change the peddles? Overall ride better than I could have imagined. Great bike for the price.

I'll be brutally honest

I'll be brutally honest. the packaging was not as clean and polished as in the set up video. Could have been an off day for whoever packed it , there was damage to the boxes inside ( probably done in transit ) BUT everything on the bike was functional and undamaged. I will say the headlight was anything but " elite" , it lights up a very small spot on the road and i had to replace it. The phone holder was bulky and just felt cheap ... also my phone almost fell a couple times , had to replace that as well . BUT the BIGGEST of all buts , the bike itself is amazing ! i am 290 lbs and have a hilly ride to work , I'm not in good shape .. but i make it to work (15 miles ) in 40 minutes never getting under 20 miles per hour , its awesome. The ride itself is smooth and fun , if anyone where on the fence on getting an ebike i will always do my best to convince them to get a lectric bike !

Simple and smooth

My order was easy to place. The shipping and tracking process was quick and clear. The first ride instructions were foolproof. The single suggestion I would have if for lectric to show a printed/text list of the required tools instead of just quickly talking through it in the setup video
