Ive send them emails with pictures of the delivered Box and messages and left a note on the following orders which I bought since then for thousands of €uros. But they never responded. I know it works right here, so they leave me no choice but to make this super bad review. cause if they do not give me an airpot trhey pay like 1€ for, they will loose a Customer who buys for hudnreds of €uros a month. As i asked them for a product which is out of stock they said dont buy this crap, but at least they responded, means also Bad advisement.

Ordered multiple times from this shop and the customer service was great with advice, refunds and adjusting of the orders after they were already placed. Their english isnt the best and i had some head scratching moments reading some of the emails but it wasnt a problem whatsoever. Overall great service

After reading mixed reviews online, I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase, but their prices are so competitive (especially on the AC Infinity equipment, wich isn't widely available in my location), that I gave it a shot.
I can tell you, this company is legit! I'm still amazed at the quick delivery. Ordered on Sunday and delivery on Wednesday, all the way from CZ!
You can choose to go with DPD or GLS, I choose GLS and had no problems. Everything was super well packaged.
Going to install everything and update this review if I come around any problems, but I doubt I will.
Very good first experience with this company and more orders will follow!

fast really fast

Buying from you first time was a very pleasent experience.
But now i'm trying to get a hold of you through you chatbot, it state you're online, but i have had no responce in more than 2 hours and still waiting.

Their website say they have stock I made and order paid 611€ immediately and in morning I received email they don’t have stock and I need to wait for my money refund 7-10 days which is basically misadvertising holding on to clients money , never gonna try to buy with them again , to me they are complete scammers !!! Be aware they not professional at all .

All went swell

Bought a LED, a wire was sticking out the chassis. They assured me it was not worth returning it and gave me 40€ back. If there are complications, I will update this review but so far, I had a great experience. They respond fast and take care of you.

I bought many items from this shop and I always get items really fast (3 days nothing more). Probably because I live in Slovenia. All items I got were in good condition.
I m planning to spent more in future.

Beware!
Filter is old/saturated (sour smell) with certain scratches and corrison. Also arrived damaged so it looses carbon and metallsplinters, but package was fine. So it must be sent in full awareness in this condition.
Return process is made extra complicate only to not send back.
A shame.

Só this company says they ship to Portugal by 19,99€ and when i try to buy some thing they charge me 39,99 €,i try to contact about the problem and they asked me if didn't have to many goods on the basket,i Said no i even try with small thing and the price was the same, try to contact again One day after to see if the problem was resolved and no One write me black till today,so be carefull if you buy here they don't seem very honest!!!
