They sent me a broken fridge and try to avoid refunding it.

I ordered a fridge from this company through OTTO.de. It arrived broken by the delivery people, and when I requested a refund at first they tried to shut me up with a 15% discount, which is nowhere near realistic for such damage, then refused to organize an appointment for a pickup, claiming that they told me that I am responsible for returning the item within the deadline for a refund, which is not true and the opposite is clearly stated on OTTO.de. It is also not possible to drop a package of 29 kilos in a packetshop. Definitely not recommended.
