Sent the wrong order
Sent the wrong order! I ordered cool white LED lamp and receive warm. I have tried to contact them but the phone is out of service, also the address is not real and they never reply to any emails. Im still trying to get my money back. opening a dispute with PayPal.

Still waiting after 10 days
Placed an order on the 3rd, today is the 13th, supposed to be 2-3 day delivery, still waiting. Contact number on website didn't work. Eventually, emailed and the response was we will check with royal mail. Have not sent a replacement or refunded as requested because of an open case. I am having my ceiling light to be fitted on Friday and no bulbs.
