utter rubbish!! you buy a light from them fit it inc power, turn it on all 3 colours come on at once (ww,w,nw) then it trips the main fuse! you reinstate the main trip, turn the light on the main trip goes again. you then know uve got a faulty light but the company wont refund it! in fact they ignore you emails until you get the platform involved then out of know were they send emails asking for more info....i just want my money back simple!!! no i dont want another duff light from you!! just a refund!!! simple and done....!!!! the truth is being placed on many sites & platforms so others can be very wary of this company!!!!!!

I purchased a LED strip light for my kitchen in 2021 on Ebay. Great product whilst it lasted but it failed after 4 years. The product, as with their others, are sold with a 5 year warranty. On the face of it that sounds great but the reality is the buyer is expected to pay the return postage for the faulty item and since a strip light is an awkward length for posting this is prohibitively expensive, making the promise of a 5 year warranty meaningless! I contacted them several times but they didn't want to budge, so be warned...

Absolutely abysmal service,late delivery ,Told to refuse delivery & will refund on return 10 days later 2nd delivery attempt made refused again. wasted time & money DO NOT BUY from this company ,late delivery ,Broken promises & no doubt no refund ever to be seen
