Misleading advertising, great customer service.
I researched 40W LED bulbs for two newly purchased bedside lights. I specifically wanted high energy efficiencient bulbs. The LEDBulbs product information stated that the ones I was interested in were A++. When the bulbs arrived the packaging stated that they were F energy efficiency. Having assumed the company had had plenty of time to assign the new energy ratings introduced in 2021, or show at least show the old and new ratings side by side, I emailed customer services (there is no phone number to call) to complain. The response was very quick and my concern about misleading advertising taken seriously. The emails were courteous and understanding, with an undertaking to pass my concern to the team responsible for website product information. I have kept the bulbs as the original rating and model, Philips Core Pro, came up well in my research.

product delivered promptly but then downhill bigtime
product delivered promptly, good price (hence all the good reviews?) but all went belly up when trying to return the item as it was not right for the job.
Wanted to return item, sent email requesting return - no reply received. Subsequently filled in returns form, return declined on the basis that it was outside 14 day time scale (though email was within) They denied receiving the email and said I purchased one month earlier than I did. I sent copy of the email and they deny they ever received it and were not happy to act on the back of my proof - and said that I had never filled in a return form - despite the fact that I had an email from their returns department telling me I was out of time. So you may be fine if you have no dispute - if you do you will waste a lot of time and likely get very frustrated trying to sort.

These LED G9 Philips bulbs were purchased to replace another make that continually failed early. They give a nice light for a bedroom environment, but it is too soon to assess durability.
