Mohamed is great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process very easy and addressed the road blocks I was running into in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Ledgible for the last few tax years and it has immeasurably simplified tax season, especially as it pertains to crypto taxes. While the software is excellent, it’s the people behind the scenes that have made my experience so great. In particular, Mohamed Yusuf has been a tremendous help. Knowledgable, prompt, professional - if not for his help every year, tax season would be a nightmare. So happy to be a returning customer this year, as I will be again the next! Big thank you to everyone involved!

Updating your crypto accounts is extremely tiresome. The update can be stuck for hours or longer. Account settings are minimal, simply updating your credit card if it expires is a broken part of their webpage. No telephone support, no email support, just a freshdesk ticket, and they don't get back to you with any speed. Look elsewhere.

Taxes are hard... crypto taxes are even worse. I dread them. But Ledgible makes it soooo much less painless. If you've been in crypto for awhile, you probably have a long history. Getting on-boarded with the platform takes a while, but once you do, maintaining and doing taxes becomes very painless.
And their support has been first-rate. Responsive and actively helpful.
Not to mention how reasonable their prices are.
It will make your life easier, I promise.

This is my second year working with Ledgible, and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond in customer service. Their extensive system and knowledge base allow for seamless crypto accounting, especially with hard-to-assess, multi-platform ledgers! I highly recommend this organization and their team.

I work in a mid size public accounting firm and have used other platforms for our clients needs in regards to crypto. Ledgible's customer service is a 10/10. They are so quick to respond to questions and willing to jump on a call to walk me through anything I need to ensure our client needs are being met. James has been amazing to work with and you can see his passion behind his work.

Mohamed did a great job. I kept coming up with questions for my problem and every response he would walk me through, give me tips, and even offer videos on how to do it. I had a difficult client who was not tech-savvy and his info was not linking with Ledgible, but Mohamed answered all my questions, took his time, jumped on a call, and helped me fix the problem. This was my first time using Crypto tax software and I was anticipating a big headache, but my buddy who works in the space suggested I use Ledgible. I seamlessly connected my Ledger, Coinbase, MM and other wallets and for someone who wouldnt consider themselves very "technologically advanced", this was just about the easiest thing I could have done. Support got back to me on an unrelated question within minutes and everything synced quickly. I now use the software to aggregate my accounts for a holistic view and to check existing tax obligations. Huge fan and given their partners, I feel comfortable with the data they present.

Mohamed! As mentioned in other reviews he is amazing and extremely helpful with any data that needs to be input or confusions that arise. Not only is he incredibly knowledgable about the software, he also has a broad understanding of crypto, defi, nfts, etc. Ledgible itself is top tier in crypto tax software, the yearly tracking is a great feature as you only need to update new things you have added to your portfolio. Highly recommend giving it a try, you can send the report straight to a cpa or upload to something like turbotax.

I have just completed my 2022 tax report. I would just like to let you guys know that Ledgible is the hands-down best service I attempted to use. It is the first one that was able to handle my complex mining and multi-branched, multi-exchange transactions without issue, and frankly, the first out of about a half dozen services I tried to use, which was able to give me a result.

Prior to Ledgible, I tried TaxBit, Koinly, Accointing, zenledger, even CryptoTaxCalculator, which came highly recommended by a professional day trader with 30 years of experience. All failed to properly track my transactions.

My only (constructive) criticism for Ledgible: when going through and manually matching withdraw/deposit pairs, the header filters would reset each time, making me re-set my header filters between every match. It would be nice if the header filter settings were persistent.

All-in-all, great job guys, and I fully intend to tell others about your product!

PS: Ledgible customer service has already informed me they have added a feature request for my constructive criticism above.

Being new to this space it's really hard to find a Crypto provider who is knowledgeable and trustworthy. (Alot will lie) Ledgible is a great tool for those with little to no experience. Easy interface which made it easy to upload files, but the real winner is the support that Mohamed Yusuf provided me. He is the reason why I won't use anyone else and will continue to use Ledger. Not only did he clear up my 21 Tax records in record time, but he set me up for success, so my 22 taxes were easier to complete. This ensures that I stay stress free and don't have to worry about my crypto taxes. Ledgible please give Mohamed a raise he deserves it and more!

I want to reiterate what others have already said - Mohamed was a huge source of support for getting my taxes organized, and I could not have done it without him.

Not only is he incredibly knowledgable about the software and handling edge cases that arise, he also has a broad understanding of crypto, defi, nfts, etc.

I cannot thank him enough for all his long hours of cusotmized support, always in the most firendly, cordial, highly-competent manner. Many of these conversations were at odd hours of the night in advance of the filing deadline, where he was kind enough to make himself available.

I cannot recommend him and Ledgible enough - I could not have done my taxes without them!

Mohamed took the time to explain to me best practices when using Ledgible for larger clients. I appreciated all of his tips and it made me more comfortable with the software.

Ledgible has been fantastic! The user interface is easy to understand and the customer support is top notch. Any hiccup we have experienced has been addressed quickly and requesting an in-person phone call or virtual meeting to resolve issues are always accommodated. As a small business Ledgible has been an invaluable tool.

Ledgible has the ability to not only provide a snapshot of our assets balance and capture every crypto transactions. This greatly improve our crypto accounting records and financial assets report.

We've been using Ledgible for over 9 months and we're quite satisfied with their service. Mohamad addressed our questions promptly (usually less than a day for non-complicated issues.) He has a strong knowledge of the product, hence he's able to provide resourceful resources.
