Tried to contact them many times , 0 amswer from weeks. Don't buy from them , 5 year warranty and I can't send back my stuff. Scam

I am not getting my product and noone is answering me.

Scammers! No products received, money gone and no response at all!!

no track and trace code received, contacted the seller, got an email back that the delay was in between, not yet solved, excuses to keep you busy and a lot of work to compose the mail every time, no answer, no answer, no answer, money back, no answer at all all and unreliable company that does not meet the delivery date, so for that client discount that you give, you will be ripped off right here. I still hope I receive something or get money back what I asked for. this for an amount of 270 euros just outrageous

Very Slow shipining, some customers have not recieved goods at all, disshonest bussiness, it delets poor review off their website and probaly will ask trust pilot to review this too.

Fast. Seems to be good quality. Very good price compared to the rest and I've searched everywhere. I got the grow lights for at least 25% less than the rest and it's the same brand and everything else seem to be the same.

Very fast delivery. They adequately inform the customer about the status of the shipment, and after the product is shipped, you get a tracking link from them. Reliable company. I gained confidence in them, although at first I was a bit afraid because of meeting them for the first time, and the product purchased from them was not the cheapest. If necessary, I will make shoping in their company again, because it is worth buying from them.

Shipment come on appropriate day, but still if it hadn't there would undoubtedly no diplomatic issue anyways. There are reasonable delays with the courier companies lately that they are dealing with. About the product quality they adequately provided, typically requires more necessary time that I could properly state something. So far quite happy with it, I would buy again.
