My first experience with Ledn BTCX2 Loan was very disappointing. For a company that preaches transparency, they were not very transparent at all about the high price they charge you to purchase the additional BTC. This meant I inadvertently lost nearly 2% of my capital off the bat. Not a great start.

The loans in principal seem to be a decent product but one should definitely avoid the BTCX2 loan itself. Just get the loan in USDC/T and buy the BTC yourself at a lower price

Went through the whole sign up and verification process just to learn that you can't do anything in California. No lending product available.

I am so impressed and appreciative of the speed and efficiency of the support team at Ledn ... email responses occur within hours and Daniel was able to solve my problem via a Ledn initiated Google Meet call, with screen sharing. He even anticipated possible issues / problems / blocks with the process I had set out to achieve and provided clear instructions on where I was to go on the Ledn dashboard and the future steps for me to take, plus the optimal blockchain network to use..

After doing due diligence and reading many reviews, I decided to utilize this service. Their customer service is top notch, very knowledgeable reps, prompt answers, no fluff or double-talk. One comment I would like to make: once your account is fully funded & approved, the transfer of fiat to your bank -- much to my surprise -- happened in *less than* one business day. I was approved in the morning and had funds that afternoon. Be aware, however, that it can take a couple of days to create the account, go through KYC/AML, be verified, apply for the loan, get approved, and funding the account. There's many steps before the transfer of fiat. Something else I wasn't expecting, was that it took over six hours for the BTC transfer from my cold wallet to become a verified deposit at Ledn. It's not instantaneous. Once you know that, the feeling of it being lost or sent to the wrong address is easier to bear! Nothing out of the ordinary for crypto. Totally satisfied with the entire process. Recommend the service.

Being new to crypto backed loans, I was certainly sceptical and had many questions. I scheduled a call with Daniel and was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of around the crypto space. Daniel answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Ledn is a simple platform to use and very transparent. The whole process from applying, approval and having my loan funded took less than 30 minutes. I would recommend Ledn to anyone and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Been moving idle BTC and ETH to Ledn through the last/current dip. Collateralized loan terms are perfect for me with very low risk of liquidation; yet, I have been able to acquire more BTC at what I believe to be the best risk-reward ratio since the 2024 election.
My favorite features are 1) that interest is paid upon the 12 month (renewable) term; and 2) as LTV drops, it's easy to refinance. Great way to boost my conservative HODL plan!
Notices and customer service responses to my initial Nervous Nelly inquiries are world class.

I have the experience to work with many credit companies regarding Bitcoins Loans, I must honestly admit, that Ledn the leading one is.
The reasons for this:

A bit of a scam. Requires you to upload a ton of personal and financial confidential information to KYC first. Then apply for the loan. Then get rejected because I didn't ask to borrow $100,000 or more. Their website states a minimum borrowing amount of $1,000. Bait and switch to collect all of your personal info and store in a country outside of the USA. Consumers beware!

Best take on and startup experience in 5 years in Crypto

Opening and activation process was seamless.

Support from real people was immediately available as I did my first stablecoin withdrawal and they gave clear timelines on expeected turnarounds and then significantly exceeded them.

I needed to obtain a loan quickly using ETH as collateral and found Ledn in my search. The process was simple and I received the funds within 24 hrs! Their team responded to emails quicky as well. I will definitely use Ledn again if I need to borrow USD using ETH or BTC as collateral.

Used their service for a BTC backed loan and it was the best transaction i have ever experienced in any industry. I needed some last minute changes done and everything was updated and complete literally the same day . Received my loan within minutes and was able to transfer out my funds the same day. Now if only they could lower interest rates to around 12% it would truly be first class but 14 is not bad.. thank you Ledn.

Life after BlockFi is real. Ledn are pretty great. Very seamless, easy to use. After coming very close to losing all my bitcoin to BlockFi in 2022, I was hesitant to trust another “crypto bank” but after discovering Ledn I researched them for a few weeks before taking the plunge. I mostly have taken advantage of the B2X loans, which in my view is a fantastic product and not one that I’ve seen anywhere else (apart from some de-fi platforms). Great team, very responsive, great content. Something tells me I’ll be using Ledn for years to come!
