After purchasing a set of interior led bulbs for my new dacia duster 3 2025 the rear interior led light bulb was only illuminated 1 side of the rear passenger compartment i contacted ledperf via email and got an immediate response and was sent a replacement at no cost to myself mant thanks to Tony and the team I would recommend this company based on my experience.

No resolution to original complaint about a poor quality headlight. Still sat in my garage and will no doubt end up in the skip as unusable.

All that information is utter rubbish. I contacted you 1 week after receiving the unit and have multiple emails to your company to prove this. I have done everything correctly, sent you multiple pictures and a video. I even bought new components to prove the light unit was defective, reported all the scratches straight away, try posting the facts rather than a load of rubbish.

Then to cap it off will collect the light unit for free but on condition I delete my review, then deny even emailing that you said this.

Your response is not factual whatsoever! Headlight ordered 16th May, received 30th May. Email sent 2nd June to LEDPERF with pictures of scratches and complaining of no instructions and very poor fitment. I then have a whole series of emails back and forward to Tony, because no matter what he explained, the headlight angel eye does not work!! Try reading the emails and stating the facts, I will continue with negative reviews until then!

I initially ordered the wrong headlight upgrade & after emailing them & having them guide me to the correct upgrade type, I returned the original item receiving a full refund. I subsequently purchased the correct item which was received by me in 8 days & works perfectly.

This company didnt have a complete kit as advertised but they did make it right which i consider to be good business integrity.

LED interarior bulbs are just... cheap led bulbs. You can buy exactly the same at a fraction of the price e.g. on Ali...

Excellent products, competitively priced, they have been my No1 choice for all my vehicle lighting needs.

I had a problem with led indicator lights being incompatible with my motorcycle. I contacted Ledperf and they dealt with the problem with professionalism and courtesy.

Ordered a led headlight and headlight case. It looks good but I emailed them to send me the installing instructions and they replied but after installing it it would only work on low beam and if I swap the 2 connectors it only works on high and low beam so basically I can't switch between them.
That means I can't use it and can't pass the mot and also they dont reply about the issue.
So I've spent almost 200£ on something I can't use and they dont reply back.
You decided if you want to make business with them or not.

Update regarding your answer
I've done like your tech team suggested and it's the same problem. Clearly the headlight is either not working properly or not made for this bike.
Like I said with the genuine headlight everything works as it should. It should be replaced or refunded not making guesses and make me cut the bikes wires when it should be plug and play

So as for LED lights perfectly fine they all fitted as advertised plug and play pretty much no issues. BUT the flasher relay has been a different mess. First I have a zzr1100 D its a standard 12V 3 pin connector with the E terminal on the right and they sent me some little thing for a Yamaha ATV that's like a 2 pin plastic connector that came on paperwork for zzr1100.... so they take your vehicle information and print that on the paper then grab whatever "universal" one they think will work ( look up Yamaha flasher relay ATV the first one on google images is what I got then look up zzr1100 D flasher relay that's what I was supposed to swap it for lmfao). I emailed saying this isn't the right part and sent pictures of the original relay so they could see and I got a reply asking have I
tried installing it.... I said no way it fits I don't need to try to which they replied asking for a picture of the original relay that I already sent so they don't even look at attachments.... and then went to the website circled the one on the page and got told don't look at those they are the original we replace so they aren't even showing what they have which is weird.... BUT then THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE AGAIN ITS A 3 PIN CONNECTER WITH THE E TERMINAL ON THE LEFT AND A STUIPID EARTH WIRE ON THE BACK SO ITS A 2 PIN WITH A WIRE FOR EARTH ? WHY ? this took 2 WEEKS to get because they wouldn't send the " correct one"( also for Yamaha might I say which is funny since I put my exact bike model year engine size everything )until they got the first one back and they replied with 1 email a day so It took forever and got the wrong relay 2 times and I'm still waiting on a reply to this after 3 days. I just went on amazon for £5 got a flasher relay that works perfectly fine... as pictured... 3 pin 12V with 3 connector pins... not a 2 pin with a small earth wire out the back of it that EVEN if it did work id need to terminate somewhere and it sure as hell aint reaching the fuse box its like 5cm long and the terminal is tiny sure aint getting locked down to any of the bolts so god knows where I was supposed to do that.

TLDR
if your getting LED lights its fine they are actually pretty good but if your getting anything else maybe don't. Also pray you dont run into an issue and need customer service because they sure aint gonna do anything quickly so if its a part you REALLY need Id avoid again just in case they send the wrong one since you cant see on pictures what your getting apparently

So they offered to pay for the replacement relay on amazon and offered a refund for the 2nd replacement that was wrong after they received it back. Which fair play is a good offer but still knocking a few stars off for the mess of a situation.

UPDATE: After posting my long honest review on here, the company got back to me in english via email. Agreed to refund me after some arbitration.
The product could not be fitted to my T6 front H4 fixtures. We really tried.

I ordered an LED globe for my motorcycle on 5/5/2025 to be delivered to Sydney Australia address & LedPerf website tracking has been not good at all!
Apparently sent via LaPoste awaiting international departure on the 7/5/2025 & a week later still the same but with supplied tracking number (2wks after) it says it arrived in Ireland and couldn’t be delivered & was being returned to sender. Customer service didn’t understand why & told me it’s on the right path now & will be in Sydney Australia soon and will be delivered. A week later Iv asked why it still showed France awaiting departure and was told it’s on its way. But yesterday 29/5/2025 it showed it arrived in Sydney and was cleared & awaiting departure to France! What!!!
It’s coming upto a Month since I ordered & it’s going back to France after finally arriving in my country!!
Iv put an enquiry in to Auspost but by the time they answer I’d say it’ll be in France again or some other place. Customer service is not helpful and I don’t think I will buy from them again.

3/6/2025 Here’s an update to my review as I said I would do Geoff,btw He didn’t ask either!

After leaving this I was contacted by Geoffrey who apologised for the delay in receiving my Globe:

And offered to send another free of charge. He also explained that it was the post that somehow made all this mess & understood my point & wanted to make it right!
2-3days later I received the globe that was originally sent & Geoff contacted me to ask about it for confirmation & I let him know there’s no need to send another now.
He was very helpful and considerate and truly wanted to make it better.
So after all this I can’t really fault LedPerf but rather the post service used & their handling.
I’ll be changing the ⭐️ rating to reflect my opinion now.
One off 5 ⭐️ because of LaPoste & their tracking information but also I couldn’t find English translation on their site.

Updated review:
I ordered a set of LED bulbs for a 2016 ZX-6R not realising there was a different model set for 2016 ZX-6R 636. (To be fair I did not see the '636' option in the list when I searched and the site didn't mention the bulb socket which made it slightly confusing when finding the correct product to purchase). The bulbs were a different socket and did not fit. Customer service offered to pay for free return and sent me a pre-paid return slip promptly, and also helped me select a newer, updated LED set that was also cheaper and offered to refund the difference (the new models also list the bulb socket which is a good update on their part). Aus Post gave me some grief sending it back but other then that their service has been great.
Will update with a retained 5 star review when my new 'correct' bulbs arrive.

Ich habe bei meiner Moto Guzzi 1400 California Touring SE das Abblendlicht, Fernlicht, die Zusatzscheinwerfer und die Blinker durch LED-Leuchtmittel getauscht. Beim Abblendlicht musste ich etwas konstruktiv sein und den LED-Sockel etwas zustutzen. Mit 2 "normalen" Händen aber kein Problem. Die Blinker benötigen Widerstände, was ich nicht wusste! Mir wurde auf Anfrage sofort und "kundenfreundlichst" geholfen!! Danke!!

My LED bulbs for my F60 countryman were dispatched quickly and are fantastic, I would certainly buy again.
