Bought LED running lights, the bike specific kit for the Honda ST1300 Pan European. There is no questioning the quality of the product itself. The problem is that there are no instructions included with the pack. A PDF was emailed to my customer account which was received promptly. However, all that is shown is a picture of the ST1300 without the lights fitted, and a picture of the wiring loom which of course can be seen in person as it's included within the kit. No instructions were included as to the precise location that the bracket needs to be fitted in, no suggestions as to routing of wiring and no suggestions as to fitting the on/off switch which is part of a unit suitable for round handlebars, completely unsuitable for the ST1300. Also, there are no instructions as where to fit the red wire within the loom.It's taken 2
reasonably sensible adults over 5 hours to fit the lights to the bike. I'm sure it will be worth it, but the fitting procedure could be so much simpler if detailed instructions were included within the pack.

Absolutely disgusting how these guys manage business and deal with customers, package deliver dates was max 14 days and didn’t come for over a month was told them to redirect the product cause I wasn’t home anymore as it was over 2 weeks longer than they said I returned home to find no package and they keep brushing me off to the shipping company and won’t take any responsibility

We ordered a pair of led drl and a pair of led indicators not much to go on,however it only took 3 days for delivery and after that everything was perfect. From the fitting to all else , well explained
Dont know about longevity as it is only in for a week or 2

Stay away from them! The instructions I received were incomplete (and in French!!), the packaging was horrible, the quality of these LEDs was rubbish (they are of the type with the wire, which heats up and dies quickly), and on top of everything: a few days after I purchased, there was malicious activity in my debit card (repeated attempts to charge me) without me having any other recent online purchases, which makes them the prime suspects!! Keep away!

Bought 4 nano leds last year for 2 c-hr cars. 2 for daughter's car and 2 for mine. One of mine stopped working two weeks ago, the rest ok, so far. Re installed zenon style bulbs, replaced remaining working led. Now I have 2 focused beams, well defined dims.
The beams from these very expensive leds, were fractured, scattered, no focus point. They were, are, very unsatisfactory, as lights go.
They might be bright, but scattered light is no good when you do'nt know where it's going, or who it might be blinding. Devoid of any focus point in main beams, just scattered !

Worst customer service and worst company to deal with. No decency at all. First they sent me the wrong product. Upon asking my refund, they asked me to destroy the product. It was a metal piece so I threw it in garbage and send them a picture as well. But no, they asked me to pick that up and use a hammer to destroy that. With a hammer, I was only able to destroy the pin of the bulbs but that was not enough. They asked me to use the hammer to destroy the LED part and to send them a picture. All these just to get my refund which is my right as well as all happened because of their mistake.

UPDATE: Changed my rating to 3 stars as even after tons of back and forth and hassle, they were sensible and cooperative enough to refund me, including my custom clearance charge. But yes, I've lost $6 CAD for no reason due to exchange rate.
Anyway, I'd suggest :

- please improve your customer service and don't be a hassle for the customer, at least when you and your team are in fault.
- please clearly mention on your website or somewhere in big letters that YOU ARE NOT FROM CANADA. Because seeing a .ca website is misleading and then the customer has to pay additional customs after they order. On top of that if you send wrong order, they are literally screwed.

Hope you improve these in near future!

Ordered xenon globes for my car that are not available for a decent cost here in Australia. Items arrived as expected and postage delay was reasonable coming from Europe (took week and half incl over a weekend).
Despite the extra cost of currency conversion, cost was significantly less than any vendor selling similar items here in Oz. Would recommend and use again!

Product was exactly as stated ( plug and play ) and as I live in Ireland the delivery was fast too. Highly recommend this company.

Ordered a led headlamp which was advertised to fit a 2021Triumph street scrambler. This as 13mm smaller than the headlight shell. After I pointed this out they sent me a tacky 7 inch shell, which didn't have room for the electrics. They then suggested I fit a external box to contain the wiring (what a joke).
Basically they are misselling, and are incompetent time wasters.

Minor issues but seller has communicated and resolved the problem.

Bought a conversion LED bulb kit for 2014 Honda model, works well, shipping and waiting times were reasonable.
Only issue is to have better instructions for fitting for non DIY users. Otherwise happy

Bought a set of scrolling indicators for my bmw motorcycle, leds are bright and work perfectly, for my bike which is canbus system, I simply bought a couple of adaptors and they were plug and play, very good quality and rubber mounted, easy to fit, couldn't be happier

They responded promptly when I asked questions before purchasing to ensure I chose the correct option for my vehicle. I ended up purchasing the nano hs1 bulb kit for my 50cc scooter, this was relatively easy to fit into my bike it only took me 20 minutes and the result is about 5x brighter than the poor halogen bulb it came with. I ride a lot at night and this has made me much safer and I can actually see more than 5m down the road. Highly recommend this company over going for a cheap alternative.

Good quality products at a reasonable price

I ordered a set of led headlights. They arrived in good time considering the came from France .Unfortunately
on trying to fit them i found them to be a different size, a narrower fitment.
I have requested after sales service to see why they are too small, or to see ,if I've made a mistake, if they can advise me how they are to be fitted.I have also requested a return and reimbursement.
I will update.
