Received items $260AUD worth out of all 4 ALUX 30w LED twin spotlights 1 light worked. My electrician said they were non compliant and should not be sold Australia, tried to contact for some help, was completely ignored. No reply. Terrible service.
After 10 days still no package.. Problems with the delivery. No solution, no email reply for 2 days now. I want my order which I payed.
E14 screwing part not compliant - I had to remove a part of the steel on each light to make them work - Sent a mail to support@ledsky.be - no reply !!!

Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir vu votre mail, car c'était arrivé (sur 2 différentes ordinateurs) dans notre fichier 'courrier spam'.
C'est notre politique de répondre chaque mail dans un delai de moins de 24h et votre mail a malheureusement échappé à notre système.
Ca va de soi que nous vous enverrons de nouvelles ampoules, que nous allons examiner et tester à fond avant de les envoyer.
Nous vous envoyons également une étiquette de retour, pour nous renvoyer les autres lampes, afin que nous pourrions analyser ce qui ne marchait pas, car normalement chaque spot a passé des certificats de contrôle.
