A reply from customer support about dispatch timeframe was prompt. The Nitecore TM9K TAC torch is genuine, and works well. The only thing I can fault is the packaging, for international travel it's no where near durable enough. Package arrived with damaged box corners, which isn't a bit deal, but the envelope was 1 tear away from being completely open.

Second time I've used them. Nevervany problems. Tracking my packages were fine.

I ordered torch and 1 chargers and for to day nothing ,only same stupid Message from them .I been pay 180 pound for the 2 items . Don’t buy anything from them ! Take the money is easy ! But sent the item so hard if you don’t want sent me the items I been paid for ok STAFF YOURSELF LEDSUPERMALL.I hope one day someone do for you the same !

Ledsupermall shipped promptly and apparently the package arrived, but I guess due to the way my area renamed my rural road the package did not come here but to a main post office. I contacted Visa and they held payment. I must say Ledsupermall did get the package to me and I released payment. No fault of theirs, but actually our Postal department should have known this was correct address. The smartwatch I bought is quite nice with lots of features. Quite nice for the price. I recommend this company with the above things in mind, it may not be their fault, but our own postal service inadequacies. Thanks Ledsupermall!

Product arrived safely and in good condition.
A lot of waiting before sending, but everything is fine.

I bought 2 flashligts, 6 batteries 26650 and a 4 charger compatible with the batteries. When they arrive the charger was only compatible with two 26650 (they're quite big). This was not advertised og specified anywhere though.

When the batteries where charged they did not work in the flashlight, because they missed a connector piece, cause the design so stupid the batteries themselves couldn't work together. They only sent on of theese connector piece with 6 batteries.

After several email exchange i was told to "pls know it" about the charging stations ability to only charge 2x26650 and that i had received 3 metal connectors! Apparently the first invisible metal connectors in the world! Lucky me!
Don't ever buy from this trashy china company again. Or do, but be warned

I have ordered a smart watch for diebaties and it was 10 of Jan And until now nothing And I send email to them after 20 days And reply to me saying employer agent having a holiday Chinese spiring festival And now it's 8 of Feb and nothing and the same excuse Chinese festival has finished from a month so i send another email saying I want refund because no date given to me or tracking number even And they are don't reply to My email anymore And if they reply winch after a month will be the same excuse about Chinese spiring feastvial this is worst company ever

Goods were ordered on the 10 January I'm still waiting

I bought something based on their stated shipping time. They then sent me an email in which the shipping time was changed and extended, so I cancelled. The product showed up drop shipped from a company in the states, but now they refuse to refund unless I ship is to them in China at my own expense. 2 months later. No refund. No customer service. No nothing.

I bought a device at ledsupermall.com. It worked ok a couple of time before it broke down (this was in two weeks). Went back to them if they can help me with it. They are replying with only questions if I tried this? or if if I can send a video. But they are not really taking some action.
So the quality is worthless and the help is useless.

I purchased a product from this site LED Supermall and after a short period of use the product was faulty I have emailed them a number of times over a five week period and not received any reply. I am going to pursue this as far as I can but do not have much faith of them honoring a warranty as the further I've searched the more bad reviews etc I have found. They appear to be a well presented shop front for dodgy sales without any comeback. My advice is to totally avoid LED Supermall.

I ordered a Fenix PD35 v3 torch from LedSupermall. They sent the wrong product. I contacted them for a return. After a week of going backwards and forwards they said that I needed to ship the product back to them (in China) and they would not refund me the return shipping cost.

Orders under ware for husband, received confirmation email with order number, 2 weeks later no info on shipping, tried to contact them via their website email and it fail, error was No Such email Address! Paid via PayPal which show recipient as Payment to:

Don’t fall for it. Ordered cards for delivery in France. Only when money paid it was made clear cards coming from China. I wrote an email trying to cancel the order but several days later got an automated email informing that the cards had been dispatched. Usual delivery lead time 15-28 days. Not going to be holding my breath. Reading other reviews on this site, the cards are fake. Lesson: if price looks to be too good to be try, it is!

Its a scam website. I bought Pokémon cards for my son but never received it. Then they sent me a fake email stating its delivered via Hermes.
What a joke?
If you get from Hermes you get am email directly from Hermes but never received any.
AVOID!!!!
