Leeatoys is a family business that was founded in Romania, out of the desire to give more to our children. Inspired by the new parenting ideas, as well as by many child-friendly education methods, our flagship multi awarded product, Leea’s Tower®, was developed by years of trials and real life testing by founder Dan Popa, a medical doctor with passion for design and parenting, for his daughter, Leea. Since 2017 we have grown constantly and since 2022 we have our own production facility in Chisinau, the Republic of Moldova, and distribute our products worldwide from our fulfillment centre in Hamburg, Germany. All our products are intended to be practical, time-saving, space-saving, materials-saving, purpose-seeking, beautiful, innovative, creative and fun. At Leeatoys we believe in early education, child independence, freedom of movement, adult-child cooperation, purposeful play and respect for the child. Enormous delays in delivery
I placed my Order on 28.11.2025, an i still havent received it… The Order was meant to be a christmas present and in the moment it is very questionable if it will arrive before 24.12. although Leea states that the last Date to Place an Order and receive it before Christmas is 12.12…. So from my experience the estimated time of delivery is very unsatisfying!

This is Dan Popa from Leeatoys. I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. I can see right now that your order is shipped, I hope you already have it and you will be content with the quality of the product.
We have had a rough time with the happening that the staff in the fulfillment centre ln Germany proved insufficient once 2 of them got sick, and on top of that we experienced a delay in the cardboard boxes supply, right in this busy time. I tell you this because I want to tell our good intentions and our effort to deliver in time. We u lnderstand how important it is. I apologize for the delay.
Poor Quality, Not SAFE!
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this learning tower.
Right from the first opening, the tower showed visible signs of wear or possible transport damage. The overall construction is very unstable. In particular, the steps and standing platform, which are only slotted into place, fit far too loosely and do not provide a safe and secure footing for small children.
A serious safety issue is the gap between the back panel/whiteboard and the standing platform. During the very first use, my 15-month-old son slipped into this gap with his leg and injured himself. For a product specifically designed for toddlers — especially at this price point — this is unacceptable.
In addition to the poor product quality, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I did not receive any response to my return request within a full week.
Overall, I cannot recommend this product, neither in terms of quality nor safety.

This is Dan Popa from Leeatoys. I am very very sorry about your experience with us and our product.
We have no excuses, I only want to explain.
Our product unfortunately is prone to be damaged in the process of shipping, because of its weight. And the carelessness of the couriers. When this happens, we always send new parts on our expense.
This time we did not react and I am very very sorry, because we are in the process of changing the person that handles customer care. In this process, your emails were considered answered by the other person, but actually no one answered.
As regards the instability, I have to say that the multi functional concept of the product requires for the planks to be easily installed and removed, this resulting in ease of movement. This comes with advantages and disadvantages.
I am very sorry to hear your child was injured. Please, if possible, can you send me a picture of the exact place the leg got trapped? This never happened before, and we have more than 20.000 towers in use. I will take this matter very seriously.
I will reimburse you first thing tomorrow, by reversing your card payment. You do not have to send the product back.

Recived Item, fully functional!
I was a little sceptical because of all the bad reviews but since it looked really cool I tried my luck and was not dissapointed! The Learningtower arrived just as they said within 2-3 weeks! Everything was in one package and delivered with the tools to put together! Very happy with it and so is our daughter :)
