I called Leeds locksmith service on a cold evening between Christmas and new year, they came really quickly and Dave was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He did the job quickly as I was having a party at the time and the charges were clear and reasonable. I would definitely use this company again, thank you for coming to my rescue!!

Called the company at 9.10 after not being able to get in due to the door handle jamming. 20 minutes later Vadim (an employee from a third party company VK Locksmiths Services) appeared he had a lovely friendly demeanour, very informative about what's happened to the door to cause the issue and gained access to my home quickly. He then promptly changed the faulted part and left a receipt. Highly recommended!

A great service, mine wasn't an immediate emergency I wasn't locked out or anything. But they came same day I rang and also let me know what time and kept in touch as they were delayed in traffic. Would use again

The locksmith that went to our house was very friendly and helpful, explaining that the current lock was not as good was the one he was replacing it with and could have failed at any time.

Just had the company out, thought they were in headingley but they guy that came in an unmarked car, with his friend, in no company clothing came from a different company, VK Locksmiths, at the other side of Leeds. We were quoted £70 by Leeds Locksmith Services and told him before he started the job and when he finished we were handed a bill for £144. When questioned his mate got out of the car so we paid up.
Feel a bit ripped off, company obviously subcontracts work out and our locksmith was unkempt and ridiculously priced.

My Son arrived home at 2 o'clock in the morning from his holiday, I'm in bed asleep, he's outside trying to get in, but the handle would not pull down. I think we're being burgled so I start shouting and hollering out of the window. My son is rolling about laughing now.
As it turns out our mechanism had failed and I couldn't get out of the house. I found Dave's company on Google, unbelievably they answered the phone and said they'd be here in 20 minutes. True to their word Dave turned up, opened the door replaced our mechanism and upgraded our barrel for free (I paid for the mechanism).
The service was fast, the price was great bearing in mind the time. Dave clearly knows his onions

Friday night emergency when my door would not unlock. Dave was out within the hour and got it all sorted. Happy to call back again as door lock was still sticking.
