Karl and Tom arrived promptly and carried out the installation of the multifuel burner to a high standard. They treated the property with respect, were polite throughout, and ensured the area was left clean and tidy upon completion.

They maintained clear communication during the process, checking that I was satisfied with the fitting and placement—particularly as my fireplace is off-centre due to alcoves—resulting in a well-balanced and symmetrical finish.

I am extremely pleased with the service from start to finish, from the friendly advice in the shop, to the survey, and through to the installation.

We have just had our multi-fuel stove installed by fitters Karl and Tom and we could not be more impressed by the process, attention to detail and the flawless finish. Both gents were very efficient and attentive to our requirements; they asked questions every step of the way but also offered their expertise. When the angle of our floor caused complications, they weren’t satisfied with the final look of the hearth and immediately insisted they would replace this to create a seamless finish.

We opted for the Brompton fireplace and the black granite hearth with herringbone brick slips and we couldn’t be happier with the final look. The faux chimney breast was built from scratch and creates a stunning focal point for the room.

Would definitely recommend Leeds Stove Centre for their customer service and high quality installation.

Wow what a difference, I had the old fireplace taken out and a opening made. Every care was taken to do this without causing too much mess.
The stove , beam and hearth look fabulous it has really opened up my room.John who fitted my stove has done an amazing job, very thorough and worked hard to finish the job quickly and to a very high standard.

Just had our log burner fitted, was by far the most reasonable quote. Adele and Craig were responsive to enquiries and we had some flexibility on the day to get the larger burner which was dependent on the width of the opening. The fitters were helpful, covered the house and minimised the dirt. The log burner was fitted and working in a few hours. Slate hearthstone and oak mantle look great.
Very pleased and all ready for winter. Would highly recommend.

Just had a multi fuel stove fitted by Leeds Stove Centre and the fitters Andy and Jamie were fabulous. They arrived bang on time at 8am and we're very efficient in getting the old back boiler out and the new stove in. New fire looks great. Just need the plasterers in now to complete the job and install the wood beam. Would highly recommend the company and Andy and Jamie to anyone.

The whole experience from start to finish was so reassuring. I was nervous about installing a wood burning stove but the Hubbard was keen. The in store staff were so helpful and patient answering all my queries but the installation team were absolutely superb. They did an outstanding job and made sure they kept things tidy and organised. A good handover too made sure I knew how it worked and maintenance arrangements. So very pleased.

Pre-sales was fine but the day of installation didn't go so well. The burner looks great but the lads installed the hearth out of square, and departed leaving all the packaging and off-cuts on my drive along with a few cigarette butts.

No after sales call received so leaving my feedback here.

What an amazing company the service from start to finish by Clive and his excellent team is second to non. All very polite professional knowledgeable and made the whole process of choosing purchasing and fitting the fire a really good experience. Unique in this day and age. No question was too small and no matter how many times we called they always made us feel welcome and wanted to help.

The staff at Leeds Stove Centre have been brilliant from start to finish. From picking the wood burner to installation - the process was seamless. John and Andy turned up on time and left the property clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Leeds Stove Centre.

We purchased a Clock stove from Leeds Stove centre and had it installed in November. Great service throughout. Lovely cosy showroom with knowledgement staff who advised us on best stove for our home. Engineers fitted the stove in one day and left everything neat and tidy! Would absolutely recommend!

Had our Contura 110 Log burner fitted whis week by John & Andy. They arrived punctually were polite, considerate & hard working. John didn't think the wood beam we'd ordered was the correct match to our wood floor so organised a darker colour beam to be delivered for us to compare - Great service as it avoided us being disappointed with a mis-match beam fitted. Love our log burner & what a transformation to our home. Would not hesitate to recommend Leeds Stove Centre. Thank you all for great service!

Recently had a log burner fitted, the service was immaculate from start to finish. Sales lady was very pleasent and helpful, showed us round and gave us lots of options. We had it fitted 4 weeks later.

The lads had a few issues to start with based on previous work we had done in our home to no fault of thiers but worked through each stage, rectifying work that wasnt even in their schedule or fault, they worked over to get the job done on the day and finished the job to a top spec.

I cant fault this company one bit, from quoting a cost, surveying to full fitting. Job well done.
