Excellent service throughout the process - with care and sensitivity and Lee worked hard to get all the elements in place for an excellent send off for my Dad.

Personable and lovely service with a great team, helped me and my my family through an awful time and made a special day where my children got to say goodbye to their mum. Thank you so much to Lee and his team, first class.

Lee and his team, from the very start, were caring, compassionate and extremely professional. Lee took the time to understand our wishes for our dad’s final journey, and showed kindness and empathy through out. I cannot recommend Lee enough. He was the epitome of professionalism.
From my first phone call to my last face to face thank you. He handled the passing of my mother in law with such dignity. His staff were all amazing, very much there but non intrusive. Just what you need.
He always returned calls and emails.
Nothing was too much trouble.
He thought of everything to make her celebration of life perfect.
The price was fair and worth every penny.

I got in touch with Lee before my mums passing as there was some things I needed to get checked out ..
Lee got straight on it and got me the answers within days ,so mum was able to get her last wishes granted !
When mum went into lee's care he couldn't of been more compassionate and helpful.
He allowed the family as much time as we needed with mum at the drop of a hat.
Everything that needed sorting with taking mum into his care ,going through arrangiement of a funeral as I've never had to do this before was less stressful as Lee helped me through every step
The day of the funeral was just how we as a family had wished for and mums send off was perfect down to every step due to Lee and his team being so professional and passionate about getting everything just right also helping the family carrying the coffin ..lots of encouragement and reassurance.
I knew we had made the right choice as it was all very personal to our needs .

Lee Russell was absolutely outstanding with the care and consideration of our feelings and need of care of Aston he went above and beyond for us there are no words I can put to show my appreciation for Lee and his staff they are outstanding in every way the way took care of everything I mean everything so to Lee and the team thank you so much for making my baby’s send off 1 to be proud of he had the best their was so thank you this review will only allow me 1 occasion which was 13th April which was my son’s cremation date but also on the 3rd may which was the day we layed him to rest Lee’s service and attention to detail was second to none highly recommend.
