Legacy is the place to come if you want to get fit but the gym just isn't for you. No matter you reason, for fitness, self defense or just to try something new give it a go! Alex and Elaina are INCREDIBLE instructors, they make you feel at ease, really break things down and explain things in a way that is interesting useful and FUN. They know when to push you that bit further to better yourself but also see when you're a sweaty mess and let you have a breather with no judgement. No matter your gender, race, size or shape you'll feel welcome! I look forward to it every session. Very reasonable pricing too.

Legacy Martial Arts are professional, yet very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel relaxed and able to enjoy the sessions, safely. Having trained at many different martial art academies over the year, I think I've found the best one out there, friendly environment, welcoming people and instructors that are legit and want to help you further you're own development! I highly recommend it to anyone of any skill set you'll definitely find something different here very high skilled and a great price for training under such experience. If you're thinking about it, then DO IT!! you won't regret it!!
