Legacytrademark is a total scam! Took 12,000 total from my business for trademark applications! All are now suspended for fraud. They sent me fake certificates that the trademark office never authorized! They charged me 4000 for a lawyer that doesn't exist. I had to hire a real attorney to salvage the mess they made. They have no licensed attorneys and are based in India to keep from being prosecuted for their crimes.
This is a scam, probably out of India, that is disguised as a legitimate business since they do perform part of what they promise. The sales people all have phony Americanized names with accents so thick you can't understand them. You pay them for one service, then they keep asking for more and more money, but can't explain what it's for in a coherent manner. Do some research and find out how to apply for a trademark directly on your own.
