A company that cares about my experience
I initially did not enjoy my experience because I was not able to review my document - so when I received it, it was not what I thought it was going to be. But of course, it was too late, and already paid for. I was very disappointed that they could not have put that kind of step into the process. Then I received the response to my review and was so amazed at the amazing customer service that is never seen any more! They refunded my money which meant I was able to do it again - which functioned a little like a preview - but with the added bonus of knowing they cared! Can't ask for more than that!
