This is the absolute worst company ever. I have been charged 4 times ($200) in the past 48 hours for a subscription that is showing inactive on my account after telling them I wanted to cancel. How is this legal? If the money is not refunded, I will be seeking legal counsel and marking these as fraudulent at my bank.

I tried to log in to cancel it kept telling to me check my email which it never came customer service refused to help me so I cancelled my card so they would charge me no more

Rental agreement: After you pay the charges they start behaving weird. They start asking various documents which are not needed for rent registration. They don't refund. Beware! LegalDocs are cheaters they have changed original domain name from LegalDocs.in to legalDocs.co.in.

Applied for food license. They will take money and will stop responding. Waiting since 15 days and after going through reviews I can say I will never get the license from them . Fake website.

on 06/04/2024 I applied for partnership deed online through legaldocs but haven't received copy of the same in any format either pdf or hardcopy. I have also paid for their service online. You will not receive satisfactory reply if you call them. Even if you email your request the will not respond. Only Sufiya will pick up the call. You ask her to connect you to her boss....she won't do that.

A group of Cheaters. You try to call them 100 times. they dont attend. No one ever reply to your calls or msgs. This people should be banned .

paid full amount for new food license Pooja Sharma said it will be done within 7-21 Days i waited but then food licensing department rejected due to location reasons i have cleared that in starting that i am working from home whoever she said it will be done and after waiting soo long they didn't even refunded my money and also not even talk properly neither they respond to emails please don trust on them.

FRAUD COMPANY , THEY COLLECT PAYMENT , BLOCK YOUR NO AFTER THAT AND DOES NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE. BEWARE....

I had applied for GST REGISTRATION by Legaldocs it was very good experience I got all the help which I needed by Alisha madam and Varsha madam it got quite easy by there help and also got done very soon and everything was done online thank you Legaldocs thank you Alisha thank you Varsha for your help

We have make payment for fassi to legaldocs but we haven't received fassi number when we ask for refund they people are saying it's not our policy

It was done much easier than I thought. The service was prompt and satisfactory. Helpful, polite and approachable.

They are scammers, i have made the payment for fssai in the month of Feb'2020 till date havent received it. you just go mad taking follow ups with them, but they have the most useless team ever. In today's competitive world they dont understand C of Customer service. They best part is after getting frustrated when i spoke to the senior most person Mr. Rishab, he says faltu mein issue kyun kar rahe ho sir!. He also asked me to pay extra money to get my work done immediately. 7months down the line and no license. worst service i have seen in my lifetime!!!

I have applies for FSSAI License in the month of May 2020, Till now I have not received any update about it. Sorry to inform you but you have such a worst service with you or worstest employees are working with you. 
I have tried to two employee +919136952878 & +917034458933 many times over whatsapp on call no response from your side. 
My friend applied for FSSAI Locally in Uttar Pradesh he got it with in 20 working days but with you it is more than 3 months. 
SHAME ON YOU LEGAL DOCS, WHILE THE TIME OF PAYMENT YOU CONTACTED ME MULTIPLE TIMES NOW YOU ARE NOT RESPONDING.
I will never ever recommend you to any of my friend or my colleague. You are money eaters only.

worst experience , it takes them 2-3 weeks for finishing the verification process even after taking the extra premium charges with poor customer relations. The contact team falsely updates and delays the process by several days according to their convenience . No professionalism can be expected from these pathetic team which calls its self India's most trust worth site. BS

A month ago I have applied FSSAI license. legaldocs agent told me you will get application number now & main copy within 15- 20 day,on 16th may I received registration number & I am still waiting for my main license. When I called that agent she is unable to tell me by when I will get my main license just saying it is under process. If somebody can help plz get in touch
