Scam

Scam, they don't let you terminate contract.They are also slow and this is just advice. Chatgpt do better job then they.

Wake up call?

We are all human and I am really upset about total neglect sofar. I can be wrong but since I heard from my lawyer that my emails landed in the spam folder, I have written several emails, called, connected also several times to the WhatsApp communication offered, but no response whatsoever!
One email from my assigned lawyer I received in the beginning binding me for one year paying.At the same time the only emails I get is monthly bill warnings.

The reason I write this review is that they might wake up following up better instead of total neglect.

I still give them the advantage of the doubt I now have build up. You run a professional business, with good communication. If not something is serious wrong with your organisation! Hope someone starts reading this cause it seems I am not the only one having issues with them.

I forgive,always be polite and respectful but I ain't from yesterday!

Still no update on my case

No update on my case, the salesman told me to get a year subscription, and to pay the whole amount in advance, so that my urgent dossier would be handled immediately.

There's yet to be attorney/legal adviser appointed to my case. There has been a short call by legal adviser mr. B.Bakker, who would register the call in the dashboard. This didn’t happen.

And it has been since 26/1/26 that I've oploaded my case, no one from Legalec me with an update.
Also no reaction on my emails, only that it might take longer than the normal 2 weeks. Haven't heard from Legalec since.

I would like to express my sincere…

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Legalec team for their prompt and professional assistance. I encountered serious violations on the part of my employer: unlawful dismissal after reporting job fraud and systematic underpayment of wages (the difference in pay was only recorded after intervention).
Legalec's lawyers quickly reviewed my documents, including my contract (Plaatsingsbevestiging) and payslips (Loonstroken), and clearly identified all signs of financial fraud. Thanks to their advice, I was able to draft a formal objection and stop the pressure from the agency.
If you are looking for lawyers who really delve into the details of the case (such as the discrepancy between the functions of Dock Operator and Warehouse Operator), protect your pension rights and help you fight for every euro, contact Legalec. Payng for nothing

Me and my husband choosed to contact this law to ask different questions even if the subscription is in my husband’s name. He has chosen not to leave a review him self cause disturbed from the fact .

We are not actual "clients" or maybe yes becasue we are paing without any service ,me and my husband contacted them only for a simple legal consultation, which was the sole reason for our call.

During the phone conversation, the lawyer explained that even for clarify our consultation it was necessary to start a subscription.

My husband specifically asked whether this subscription could be cancelled, and the lawyer clearly said yes, it can be cancelled at any time.

We were also told to proceed with a dossier, which was never completed and never used, because i repeat was only about different questions.

Despite the fact that we are not clients and have never used any service, we have been paying €68 per month for almost three months.

When we decided to cancel the subscription, we sent multiple emails that were completely ignored.

After weeks my husband called the office and was shocked by what he was told:

the person on the phone claimed that it was impossible that their colleague had ever said the subscription could be cancelled, doubting of us ,( May they could listen the first calling if REGISTERED).

We are now being told that we are obliged to pay €68 per month for a full year even if we will never recieve any service which amounts to almost €1,000.

This situation feels misleading, What started as a simple request for information has turned into a forced subscription that cannot be cancelled and me and specially my husband Who start the sub...are enought responsable and we would never start this plan ,contrary to what was promised.

I am sorry to leave a negative review,and of course Is not becasue of you in quality of professional lawyer i wish and maybe for sure you are one of the best .

my feed Is Just regarding the situation already explaiened
but I felt it was important to share this as what was explained to us .

at the beginning later turned out to be a misunderstanding on their side. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding has had financial consequences for us.
