Legal National 

Most civil law firms are incompetent, extremely slow and extremely expensive. In my fairly wide experience those traits have applied to ALL of them thus far, but I am prepared to accept that there may be the odd exception out there somewhere.

In the case of Legal National, they are probably THE slowest and THE most incompetent. I'm not sure about their costs because I am externally funded.

They took on a fairly simple straightforward data breach case of mine in 2020. To cut a long story short, they practically never contact me. When they do, I get someone who is completely clueless regarding the case and totally unprofessional. In each case they promise to aquaint themselves better with the details and contact me back. To date, nobody ever has !

The last contact I had was from a mis-informed individual who thought I had failed to return a form sent some months earlier. Eventually he conceded that I had in fact returned it, apologised and promised that the case would now be expedited and probably concuded in the coming weeks or months. That was 3 years ago !!

I have now received a letter from an immigrant stating he or she is a partner in the company and that they are ceasing their involvement in that area of legal work and passing my case on.

I am not sure what area of legal work they are going to be messing - sorry getting involved with, but I strongly suggest avoiding them like the plague. Stopping someone in the street and asking them to represent you would probably be far more efficient

4 years on from a data breach claim, which was settled in August 24- still no money, no response to countless emails to Kyle Culliney and no method of contacting Legal National. Phone lines have not worked in months. Completely ghosted. I would urge anyone which similar complaints to log them with legal the ombudsman. They will start to be fined after a certain number of complaints, so if you want to get a response from them try this.

I would give this company 0 stars. They are shocking, no updates, and now I can’t get hold of them for the last 8 months. Avoid at all costs they have all my personal information and now ghosted me. Absolute apauling service. Scammers.

Been giving useless updates and now can't even get through to them. If I was them, I'd contact me ASAP.

Kyle Culliney is another scammer of Legal National’s solicitors throwing threats unless I pay £12k they will take court action. Facts that their client faked a company that he’d supposedly worked with for over a decade providing false information. Could never show any proof of legitimate evidence for my supposed crime. Cloned my company on LinkedIn then threatened me. Keep well away they’ve been harassing and threatening me for a number of years now. I have proof of evidence.

The process was good as was case handling by Kyle however, getting compensation can be slow but this can be due to defendant being slow not Legal National. Also find data that should be corrected has not been, so left to start again fighting to get it corrected.

Wow. What an amazing service. From start to finish the whole process was so quick, simple and efficient with support at all stages.
Literally every single question was answered and worries reassured prior to taking their services.

Then once I did it was the best move I could have made.

They dealt with all the stress for me and kept me updated at every stage.

Philip Bialick was Litigation Executive and he was AWESOME.

He literally did everything he said he would, and then some.

I couldn't be any happier with their service.

Especially Philip and Zara the barrister who fought for me in court. She was amazing as well.

All in all I highly recommend them.

Could not find a single tiny fault.

Legal National and in particular my solicitor Kyle and a lady by the name of Jade Carter have throughout my extremely positive experience have been friendly and yet high professional at all times. Kyle has dealt with the other party and their legal representative in a calm, totally rational feet on the ground approach and both Kyle and Jade are truly a credit to Legal National, who if I require any further legal advice I will not hesitate to contact them.

Left a lot of the data provision to me, felt like it should have been done on the 1st call. Initial response times were a bit slow, but once I had filled in their forms, responses by email were fairly quick, and in particular the review of my home insurance to see if LEI was present was good - albeit, would have appreciated them asking to send it, rather than assuming I didn't have it. They sent me a review link straight after I had signed up with them, so I will come back and update depending on how the rest of the claim goes.

Very helpful, they go over and beyond. Jade was handling our case and honestly I cannot fault them
